Better than 90% of fit so I guess good on ya mate.
Thanks user. I'll never stop trying to improve. Delts in pic/striation weren't there 2 months ago so seeing progress is really reassuring. Anyone got tips for bulk?
Eating at least 4k-5k calories daily, 200g protein, 300-400g carbs, quality foods no junk but having trouble gaining still. I do no cardio at all either aside from the occasional short bike ride. I'm gaining weight but a lot slower than I'd like.
6'5 220lbs.
Biting on my phone
I think i know you from somewhere
why not
>158 lbs
>Eating at least 4k-5k calories daily
No you're not eating that much, also you shouldn't, you'll just end up fat. Rushing a bulk is retarded, you arent gonna get stronger faster just because you eat a surplus of 1500 kcals rather than 500.
sailrabbit.com
calculate your shit and go for a surplus of 300-500.
Fucking hell bro. Mirin
Gains goblin, shoo shoo! No protein for you!
>eating 4-5K calories daily
I'll never understand people who do this. Unless you're 220 pounds and hitting the gym hard almost every day, you're eating way too many fucking calories.
Even at 200lbs lifting everyday with a bodybuilding routine stacked with an Oly routine, I was eating max 3200 calories a day.

Well, be careful and dont let your ego be the cause of an injury. Best of luck
So they can say women don't like en because of their style instead of their lack of social ability
running away from gay thoughts
>Eating at least 4k-5k calories daily
you're just gonna get fat if you do that. shoot for a max surplus of 500 calories of your TDEE. most guys just go for 2800-3000 starting out
>200g protein
you don't need that much protein, literally 1 g/lb max, which for you would be about 160 g
hell, especially as a beginner, you could easily shoot for 0.6-0.8 g.
I gained 5 lb of muscle my first three months, eating only 120-135 g a day at a bodyweight of 160, and I was on a horrid program no less where I was only doing machines at sets of 10. Even worse, I started bulking at over 16% and shot above 20%, yet I still made very noticeable gains in my biceps and lats that shocked people. If someone as retarded as me could make progress with that poor planning, you can do even better
>300-400g carbs
you don't need to track carbs or fats. People really overthink this shit
>quality foods no junk
people overthink this shit. You can have junk here and there, even on a diet (with moderation). Do you know why so many people on here drink whole, processed milk? Because it's easy calories and easy fat/sugar/protein
For even more perspective, Eddie Hall used to drink liquid fat just to hit 12000 calories a day. You don't need to go that extreme but you get the idea
>but having trouble gaining still
so you're not actually tracking your calories, even on an approximate level? be sure to consistently weigh yourself, preferably in the morning after you pee/poop
Don't gain more than a pound a week. You will regret gaining quickly
I literally am stuffing my face with that much calories though, every day. Usually closet to 4000 than 5000 but there are days I get up there. I've been eating at like 3k daily my whole life and it never pushed me past 145. I don't know if it's just my retarded metabolism or from
working intense labor every day for the last 7 years but the only way I've gone up to 158 has been by eating this much. Definitely gaining less than a pound a week I'm pretty sure. I'll take what you guys said to heart and make some adjustments and see how it goes. I just wanna get bigger bros, even if that means getting a little fat. I just wanna get stronger. I'm weak af been a skeleton my whole life.
post body
Not sure where you get I'm not tracking cals, literally counting every calorie and macro. I always weigh in the morning.

You know what you're doing bro. Just let those Anons be the voice of reason in your head if and when you start getting fat. Enjoy the bulk but know when to move to maintenance. A lot of Anons have been in your shoes so they're just trying to look out for you.
I'm not trying to be argumentative or anything, just trying to make sense of what you're all saying. I deeply appreciate the advice bros and know you're all likely way more experienced than I am.

Dude, how'd you get that big? I'm the same height and stuck at 147lbs.
Skinnifags who say that are like fatasses who say they eat 1000. They don't do it consistently, expect quick results and get demotivated
Ackchyually, becoming fatter can make you stronger, but you get stronger simply because of leverages, meaning that when you decide to shred down you'll lose that extra strength. Which is part of the reason some people fall in the trap of dirty bulking. But yeah. Muscle building is a long process and doesn't actually take a lot of calories to perform. A pound a week is actually a very aggressive bulk even for novices.
How long have you been working out?
Is this gyno or am I just fat as per usual? Trying to lose fat, diet is all clean foods now :--)
Just lose weight bro. Probably not gyno. Don't ask Yas Forums to diagnose you, their diagnosis is usually based on sour grapes.
