Try to drink at least 1 potion a day, more if you feel tired or light headed. If you're thirsty but you just shit from the potion drink regular water and then more potion later. This isn't hard just go with how your body feels.

You want to aim at getting ~4000 mg (a little less than a teaspoon of the potassium chloride) daily and the half or so of sodium chloride. The 2 liter recipe including baking soda is my favorite because it takes me all day to drink it and it tastes the best.

I did a 24 hour fast the other day and literally the next day I felt completely sick (Flu symptoms). While this didn't develop into anything, It really put me off fasting-but my dysphoria says otherwise.

What if you drank it in a smaller amount of water or just ate it without water and chugged water afterwards to get it down? I know it'd most likely lead to shitting yourself, but you can do it while sitting on the toilet. I'd rather get it over with than drink 2L

Honestly? You shouldn't be fasting at all. You should be eating at or around tdee, and make sure to eat three square meals a day. If you need to lose weight then you have to exercise it off. Take a cheat day if you need it, you deserve it.

The feeling of empty stomach is quite nice. I used to do some fasting last year but I've gained 15 kg back. I usually use the holes of my belt as a tool to measure my waist. I used to be at the 4th hole at my skinniest and now I'm 10kg heavier but I can somehow use the 4th hole of the belt.
