10xF JEFFERSON DEADLIFTS

Imagine the smell of her underwear haha

>pull-ups X?? (I increase the total number broken up over sets, at 30 right now)

haha yeah

I've smelled underwear of hotter

Pull ups are great yeah

Im not quarantined and i don't work out. My job requires lots of manual labor outdoors.

haha

i only have DBs and do a shit lot with them because i have enough weight.
i can work out the entire halph of my upper back easily by doing different kind of row exercises.
I dont train arms anymore but obviously could do lots of triceps and biceps exercises.

standing shoulder presses and lateral raises for shoulders.

i bhought a pullup bar and a barbell and my training is basically 90% complete, apart from some lacking optimazition and legs. fuck legs

what are you doing on Yas Forums?

I just do insanity rn

Reminder that this ape faced thot is Jewish. Dont touch your dicks, guys.

I’ve been doing legs/shoulder back/bi chest/tri. 2 sets of everything to failure

Legs
Split squats
Lunges
Deadlifts to toe raise
Press

Back bi
Pull-ups
Curls
Rows
Chins up

Chest tri
Pushups to failure followed by bench press with no rest
Tricep extentions
Flys

I have two 30 lb weights and a pull up bar. I’ve been doing that 6x a week with cardio thrown in when it’s not raining. Anything I can do to make it better?

Eating healthy and mirin'

Such an ugly jew holy shit

Switch to upper/lower split to increase upper body lifting frequency and add weighted dips

I don’t have a place to do dips.

I wish I had the space for a barbell and a powerrack, I will one day when I buy a place.

I do squats while carrying gf on shoulders, pull ups with backpack full of waterbottles and push ups with backpack full of dumbell+waterbottles. Then after that is done I do MYOREP volume work with dumbell curls and one arm dumbell press. 3x per week, maybe could do more often.

Lucikly got a barbell, dumbbells, an ez bar and a pullup dip station.
Doing 5 sets per exercise, 4x/week.

DB Incline Bench Press
Overhead Press
Weighted Dips
DB Chest Flys
DB Lateral Raises

Pull-Ups
DB Rows
Yates Rows
DB Reverse Flys
EZ Bar Curls

Squats
Deadlifts
Calf Raises
Abs

Lifting 17mm ply sheets by myself whilst i work on my home. My qt wife also brings me cool glasses of water and gives me encouragement. Feels pretty good bros. Other then the gyms being closed I wish this would last forever.

all i do is pushups and row

>I do squats while carrying gf on shoulders
Don't forget to get your gf on a bulk so squats become harder each session, for that progression overload

This is what i threw together. Only have a 12kg dumbell, pullup bar and a resistance band.
Criticism appreciated

Push/Pull/Legs

I have a pull up/dip bar and a reinforced ikea bag filled with bricks. Alternatively you could buy a sand bag online to do this.

Push
>wrap the bricks up tight and OHP them
>take some bricks out and do 1 arm shoulder press
>dips
>pushups
>standing overhead tricep extensions with the brick bag

Pull
>100 pull ups, buch of different grip variations.
>curl the bag
>hammer curl the bag
>band face pulls

Legs
>goblet squats/good mornings holding brick bag

Attached: 20200405_163838.jpg (1123x1080, 471.57K)

Have you tried resistance band face pulls? I'm tempted to buy some bands just for that.
I'm also tempted to buy some big plastic water containers with handles to use for shrugs.

Be creative use chairs

Thinking about it my balcony has a 90 degree angle that you could kind of do dips on. Probably not full range of motion but I’m gonna throw that in there. Thanks

Just built this little badbody
300lb weight capacity so I can do weighted dips and chinups

I attach small dumbbells to a 60lb kettlebell using a chain and clips from my dip belt for one arm standing OHP and curls
Goblet squats and sprints for legs

Here's what I have - I lucked into having 50lb dummbells, so the strength training is low weight but still not totally pointless:

M: 1.5-2 mile run, squats 5x10, push-ups x100, dragon flags/crunches
Tu: 1.5-2 mile run, squats 5x10, OHPs 5x8, slow deadlifts 5x10, curls 5x5, dragon flags/crunches
W: 1 mile run, squats 5x10, push-ups x100, dragon flags/crunches, 1x online exercise class (light intensity)
Tr: 1 mile run, squats 5x10, OHPs 5x8, slow deadlifts 5x10, curls 5x5, crunches, 2x online exercise class (light intensity, sequential)
F: 1.5-2 mile run, squats 5x10, push-ups x100, dragon flags/crunches
Sa: Mountain hike
Su: Rest

I'm going to try to weave in some bent-over rows, just to target the back more. Not perfect, but back is REALLY hard to train using body weight exercises.

Pullups and dumbbell rows are my go to for back. The back is one of the most important muscle groups imo.

tried, but the resistance band i have ist too strong for facepulls. i would definetly do them tho if i had a weaker one. Definitely get some bands, they´re rather inexpensive and you actually can do a lot with them.

i have no powerrack. Literally just one barbell and 2 dumbbells. I have to move away my couch table to do any kind of exercise and i can barely walk around in my apartment without stumbling over my weights all the time.

its fine because i need this shit in emergency situations like this

Hey guys, I have a question.
Due to quarantine I have been neglecting my workouts because I just didn't have the motivation to do it. It has only been two weeks since my last workout but I already lost a lot of strength doing chin ups. I guess this is normal but I don't know if the strength decrease should be this big. From 29 total reps to 22. I guess it doesn't look that bad but my max was 11 reps in one set, now it is barely 8. Will the strength come back as fast as it went away?
I know this sounds autistic but I'm just trying to get to 40 reps total as my goal.

Everything emom
Upper :
Pushup
pullup
rest

lower :
jump rope
kettlebell swings
rest

so it goes like
0:00 -> 1:00 : pushups
1:00 -> 2:00 : pullups
2:00 -> 3:00 : rest
repeat

fucking hell

As long as you have still eaten enough protein and food you shouldn't lose strength until after 3-4 weeks.

Muscle memory should help you a bit to regain it.

imagine what it'd be like to spoon with her haha
nice trips haha

Turning this young lady into a full on domme

Makes me sick to my stomach.

where do you find these?

better looking than you, or any girl you could ever hope to get you fucking loser

Here unironically

I guess I could buy a barbell, if my gym doesn't open within the next month.

Based and findompilled.

I'm in almost exactly the same situation.

Chest: push-ups
Legs: weighted step-ups
Arms: curls/skull-crushers
Shoulders: ohp
Back: pull-ups/bent over rows

Obviously not moving as much weight as at the gym, but I've increased reps and it seems to work fine for me

PPL still, but switched shoulders to leg day, every day starts with 10 minutes on the bike to warm up

push- bench, incline bench, crossbench pull overs or flyes (rotate which I do), tricep pull downs, tricep kick back, face pulls and chest stretching

pull- deadlifts, pullups, chin ups, rows(either DB, BB, or cable I rotate which I do), regular curls, hammer curls

legs/shoulders- back squats or front squats (rotate which I do), bulgarian box squats(not enough space to do lunges), 1 legged calf raises, seated OHP BB or DB, side raises, front raises, shrugs

occasional cardio day of 45 minute spin class

>Home gym so pretty minimal

Do americans never clean?

Mon, Wed, Friday (Squat, Press, Row, DL)

Tues (HIC= KB circuit or hill sprints)

Thurs (30 + minute jog)

Heavenly but underwear aren't the best part of post workout girls. Imagine her doing this to you

I would love to worship both her sweety feet and asshole after a long workout tbqh

Where are the facepulls

>Yas Forums is obsessed with some michael jackson looking cunt
yep, hello plebbit. This site is long gone, isn't it.

>implying you wouldn't take a deep sniiiiiiiiiiiiiiff of her used panties
okay fag

oh god...I cannot unsee now.

I'm not American nor Chinese; I don't care much for plastic.

Because its unique to only those two countries?
Now stop pretending and we can all share a sniifff
