Microneedling for scars like yours, the inflammation from your previous acne has already damaged your skin to the point the collagen couldn't repair it, nothing you eat is going to repair it as their is no active wound there anymore for collagen to be produced to lift the indents.

I don't have personal experience with it but I have family members who do. One underwent laser therapy and another one micro needling. Both are not 100% effective, but do have a substantial enough effect that you'll stop being hyper conscious about it. You can most likely diminish them by half if I were to make a wager.

Microneedling does work but it's slow, for best results you also want to use a serum. Vitamin c or copper peptide serums seem to work best for inducing collagen production

You will never have baby smooth skin ever again so your best bet is to come to terms with it and don't let it hold you back. Since youre a whore you can use makeup which will help.

Subcision with zokor needle will help, but only slightly. Combine it with suction method. Fillers will help but most are only temporary. Lasers won't do anything(why resurface the top layer when the underlying anchored scar tissue is the problem).

Multiple sessions of the above are needed. You can alternate at home high concentrations of TCA peels and derma needling at home. Don't use those derma rollers, stick with derma stamps or even better the derminator which won't tear your skin.
