Pretty good, I got a bunch of shit just as people realised the gyms were closed for months

I got a 20 kilo kettlebell, and some pull up bars, dip bars, and big tires outside. I think this virus has changed my perspective on working out with minimal equipment, I’m having fun.

2/10 noose.
Good ropemanship, but it ain't secure onto the wall properly, how the hell are you gunna hang yourself off of that?

pretty based ngl

very good

Cheers fren. I just need to get some mirrored acrylic and some clips and I'll be set.
I never used to use clips, but the weights are a little more slidey than I'm used to.

just a place holder will attach it to fan later

pullups on our tempo tent and dips on our kitchen counter are pretty much the only worthy exercises I can do. goodbye legs

bamp

Posted in another thread, its not really much but it works well for me. Only about 240 lbs of weight but i do medium to high reps.

2x20kg adjustable DBs
A curlbar (no pl8s they are impossible to get, gonna try and borrow some)
A doorway pullup bar

No one asked you about crossfit

I wish I had such a nice home

you're squatting on carpeted floor?

Either the carpet or the rubber mat I have on the ground on the bottom right of the pic. Why do you ask?

Thanks fren
Its only a 40 squaremeter apartment, but its on two floors with space being divided like that it feels very comfy. Also don't have to pay much attention about being too noisy.
The large balcony makes staying at home much easier now that its getting warmer.

I really want a place just like that. Particularly the balcony to put gym equipment. In a couple years I'll move out of my current apartment and look into one just like that.

I guess its not really a balcony, rather a roof terrace, search for that specifically.
I should really put more effort in that once hardware and gardening stores open again.

I just go to the gym, mine still open.

adjustable bench and pair of adjustable dumbbells. no motivation though. working out in small apartment is meh.

Hahah holy inspiration yessss

I’m blessed I can sneak into my workplace gym that no one uses

I got cheap squat rack and some free weights, though i have to real idea what to do with any of it. I've just been grabbing random workout plans.

Where the hell do I get 50 lb dumbbells bros? Seems like major sellers are sold out, and ebay's prices are sky high.

My stationary bike broke down and I don't want to do bodyweight cardio reeeeeEEEEEEEEEE

Very unstable m8

Fucking shit. Got some rocks around that I lift, can go to the town for some bars where I can do handstands, pullups and muscle ups, and also have a 24kg kettlebell.
Lost like 2kg in three weeks and feel like I look a lot worse, despite eating the same as before.
Right now feel like I have only two options
>pending seasonal job offer in swedistan where my gym is possibly still open
or
>stay unemployed and spend a considerable amount of my savings on a proper home gym
Tempted towards the latter, but the site I found the best equipment on has their delivery date set to fucking May 20th.

top kek

its alright.
i have a dip station, pull up bar and resistance bands.
calisthenics arent that bad honestly, but i miss doing heavy rows and ohp

Need to get some more plates and dip bars and im set. No rack or bench though but i can manage well

I've been hitting the heavy bag and doing body weight and resistance bands. I'm so fucking sore from the bag.

based and christpilled

Dont want to make an own thread for this, how is this for a dumbbell/pullup bar workout?

day 1
>pull ups/chin ups
>db bench press
>db overhead press
>db deadlift

day 2
>chin ups/pull ups
>tricep extension
>bicep isolation
>farmers carry

Thanks for telling me, I do plan to rip the carpet out anyway so Im glad to know that'll help

But my gym isn’t closed

it soon will be

Overtrain like a madman because it soon will be. Take advantage of overreaching
What matters more is that you can progress. You might want to switch to unilateral rdls. Also, swap press with biceps

I can somewhat progress with the dumbbell weights I have, should probably try to get 5-10kg plates before everything is gone

Is this a good deal? Bars look kind of sketch and I've never used vinyl weights.

Fuck no don't buy that shit just do calisthenics.

Its a fisher price weight set.

Berty good. I don’t think I’ve step foot in a commercial gym in over a decade

This what I did. Plates from a cheap barbell set. Bar from rouge. You’ll thank me later
By once cry once

Does anybody know anwhere that has in stock plates and barbells in Canada?

Attached: gfredgrefd.jpg (1200x900, 303.69K)

was late and bought a squat rack, bench, bar and some plates. site went from delivery ETA from 2 weeks to 4

for now I got a power tower, some rings, and a 35 plate.

I was a fool not to buy this earlier and now I'm praying I only lose a month of gains

Clean those fucking cobwebs

>drop ceiling

Lads ive been looking at buying a home set up, but i live with my parents and im hoping to move out in a few years. Any of you guys know if its ok to bring gym stuff into an apartment or something? Just a bar, some bumper plates, and a small rack, like those two independent posts rack type

Is an expensive bar any better/more comfortable to use than my cheap cap bar

I like your decorating. That picture with all the planets is really cool.

that's not a home gym that's a gym home

i'm guessing you don't ever have any people over?

I make do.

Attached: dips.jpg (734x800, 150.18K)

I wouldn’t do anything over 2-3 plate with that rig. A decent power bar can handle 8+ plate

“Gains cross” bro here This is how I do weighted dips and pull ups. Towel and a ratchet strap as a belt. Next time I’m at a store I’ll buy a pool noodle to put the strap through

Other than the propensity of the bar to bend, it's there any other reason I should have one?

They’ve got a lot of flex to them. Don’t go crazy is all I’m saying

Nice cock is it Teflon?
