>get into work and some of the people that you saw before you slept are still there

I have 300 hours of vacation leave stored up. But I'm such a fucking corporate slave that I feel bad taking them.

Nothing wrong with eggs. Cholesterol is good for you.
I've been in a long distance relationship for 3 years due to work visas after grad school and it fucking sucks, I almost feel like this whole time I haven't actually been alive
based
very healthy bro!
>that pic.
Way too close to home.
>painkillers and coffee
are you me
But actually I finally kicked the opiods with kratom. I'm addicted to kratom now, but its infinitely easier to deal with and better than oxys/hydros.
Gotta say I love the kratom/coffee rush. It's like a hyper-brain fog that lets me do shit without thinking too much.
Breaking from the slave mentality is the best thing you will ever do for yourself.
Everything you do is for you user, no one else. Fuck any corporate shaming that pretends otherwise.
Take your vacation, and tell everyone else to deal with it.
With your extra money, dip your toes into random hobbies here and there. As a recommendation, If you've never ridden a motorcycle, book a weekend at an MSF course and see if you like it. I had 0 interest in motorcycles (culture, lifestyle, whatever) until I took an MSF course because my bro wanted to do it for funsies. Holy hell the feeling of riding is like nothing else. I'm 5 years in and motorcycle is my main mode of transportation.
Not for everyone, but the point is that some hobbies look not as fun from the outside as they are from the inside. Find something you love outside of the job (travel, camping, wine tasting tours, homebrewing, gardening, whatever) and use it as your reason to get outta bed.
>wake up at 6:30am, hit bathroom, go back to sleep
>have a dream someone was knocking on my door, loudly
>wake up at 8:15am
>go through house, no one's there
>try to lay back down, feel nauseated
>get up and move around, waiting for fwb to show up for fun times at 10:30am EST
>still feeling nauseous
Send help
I woke up half an hour ago at 2pm.
now I'm sitting in my comfy chair smoking a bowl of weed listening to some local hiphop. pretty chill. I'm gonna have a bowl of porridge with syrup and milk next.

teas good. everyones talking about sir keir today not boris. it's a beautiful day too. bright blue with fluffly clouds and soft wind.
quit your job, that sounds like hell on earth
I can't. No one is hiring in case you haven't noticed. I'm one of the only people I know who are currently fully employed.
>sir keir
Oh shit
> it's a beautiful day too. bright blue with fluffly clouds and soft wind.
Same here in beautiful North Carolina. 70 degrees (21 C) and a great day for outside chillin'. Cheers from across the pond.
I read the bible at night before I go to sleep
can you listen to music on a motorcycle
just straight up quit if you have enough money saved up. if not just save everything you make, maybe make some prudent investments and quit when you have enough to support yourself for a couple years
>can you listen to music on a motorcycle
Yep yep
I do when I'm doing lazy driving. Some people do earpods, but the best way is to get a Sena bluetooth or similar (I have a Sena) in which you install little speakers into your helment + mic + a button control on the outside. Can do GPS, telephone calls with really good wind-noise cancelling, and play music. I use the bluetooth + reusable ear plugs, works perfectly (you generally need earplugs to block out wind noise from damaging your hearing when you get at speed).
that was me at my past job. stuck it out until i could find a better one. i actually really love the work i do now (process engineering). not all jobs are bad
>do a set

How can I make my morning routine comfy and consistent enough to make this more doable? What are some key activities or things to keep in mind to give myself the best morning routine?
>process engineering
I would love to work on that. It's sounds really interesting. Loved all the lessons on it in my degree

It's 5pm here for the frenchbros
Fruit is good for you ketard
In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches.
I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser.
Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
Aren't crunches bad for the spine?
why it would be?
>wake up at 9-10am
>lie in bed for an hour
>brush teeth and shuffle to the coffee machine
>attempt to make latte art
>work out on rings
>do nothing until sleep
