i generally just do something like an upper/lower split,but i don't follow any routine, program or diet.i consistently go to the gym every other day and every 3rd or 4th session will be a leg day.

on upper body days i OHP and bench with 3-5 other machine/ dumbbell accessory work(3 set of 8-12 always)depending on what i feel like doing that day.on the 2 main lifts usually do
around 12 reps at 60% of my max then
around 6 reps at 75% of my max then
and around 3 reps at 85% of my max then
if i'm feeling good ill try to max out or even pr


on the lower body day i usually deadlift or squat adding in a 1 or 2 additional accessory exercises depending on how i feel. i don't really follow any sort of routine with legs at all and usually end up skipping one of the 2 main lifts. deadlifts suck the energy right out of me so that usually ends up being the last movement i will do on that given day.


for supplements and diet:
i only take 1 vitamin d (pic related) daily and i also take the recommended dose of creatine when i lift.
i currently eat about 3,300 cal a day which is slightly above maintenance.I also heavily avoid fried fast foods and probably haven't had any in at least 3 months. in general i eat whatever i fell, that being said i always look at the nutrition facts and take a mental note of it's protein and calorie content and don't overly indulge in sweets. i shoot for 0.9 g of protein per LB of body weight. most of my protein comes from various protein bars/cookies, liquid egg whites, eggs,nuts and tuna. i'd eat a lot more chicken if i wasn't too lazy to cook it.

Think if you build up your chest and shoulders more it would make you look broader and full figured. In great shape though, just from an aesthetic standpoint. For shoulders I've had good luck focusing on military press strength, I've jumped up to 35s for reps on side laterals since I've made the change

Good stuff. I haven't worked out shoulders specifically yet, just pushups, pull ups and chin ups, but I've got some 20 pound dumbbells and I plan to start isolating muscles now that I'm leaner. Sure there's a lot I can do with what I've got. Work in progress.
