I´d like to be able to sleep 8 hours steady but it´s just not feasible for me. There was a time when i slept 7,5h pretty much for a solid year during military but that was only because i was so utterly exhausted that i lost consciousness as soon as i hit the bed most days. I sleep normally anywhere from 6 to 7 hours these days, skitting more towards 6 with having to wake up each night to piss. It´s not like im sedentary either, i work out for 1hr~+ daily and work a full 8 hour day. The tiredness is there, but i just can´t sleep more.

Sleep is PARAMOUNT for anyone trying to seriously follow a muscle building program and it will be very difficult to see quick gains and regular muscle growth without it. You will most certainly be DYEL if you get this little sleep, at least for a very long period of time. You are limiting yourself physically, mentally and hormonally if you have less than 7 hours of proper sleep per night. Also, lack of sleep in your older years (30s and upwards) has been linked to an increase rate of cancer and other illness, and usually stunts your development if you are younger than that range. Sleeping less than five hours per night will mentally burn you out and you will crash unless you have a super rare gene that allows you to sleep for that long and feel adequately refreshed. Sleep is also extremely important to any area where you want to physically or mentally perform at your best.

I just cant get my sleep rhythm in check. I cant go to sleep. I dont have any caffeine, no stimulants at all, no food 3 hours before bed, no dairy. I stretch, read then meditate for an hour before i get into bed to sleep. I have the absolute perfect sleep hygiene but I CANT GO TO SLEEP.

Sleep is one of the most important things ever, it's obvious that your body needs it, no world class athlete can perform while sleep deprived, but somehow people think your brain is completely different and works exactly the same after 3 hours of sleep as after 8 hours of sleep.

This. Having 19 hours instead of 16 everyday sounds tempting (5hour sleep vs 8 hours), but then you realize that you are only 80 percent as productive in those 20 hours and that you're actually getting MORE shit done in your 16hour day.
