She's not anorexic but you'll never look like her if you don't have her frame. Nonetheless, you can still look really good. Lift weights and eat at a 10-20% caloric deficit.

I can't find any info on her workout, so I really don't know how to mimic her. Most of the female trainers I see online look, uhhh, overworked, like have a stressed face from constant exertion IMO, which is something I really don't like.
I like the "Casually fit" look that she has going on.
I remember following her on tumblr a lot as a teen. Her shape is genetic but she just has a low weight. Just have to get between like 100-110 pounds

OP you won't get everything you need to know in a Yas Forums thread.
You're asking super newbie questions, and there's no shame in that everybody started somewhere, but you won't be able to even fully understand the answers to those questions.
Your best bet is to hire a personal trainer and show him pics of what your goals are.
If you can't do that and If you have the time & will, read the sticky and start following fitness youtubers to learn proper exercise form and nutrition. This approach will be a lot slower and frustrating for a person who's not already into some kind of sport.
Just do your body weight exercise (push up, hindu squat, all the good shit) jog and eat well.

Well regardless of how you looked, she didn't do anything particularly special to look how she does. That's the hardest pill for women. Looks are 90% weight and genetics. Muscle plays very little role, especially at her size, and I guarantee she's weak as fuck.

Now that being said you can look kind of similar... Eat properly, run every day, plus do some lightweight resistance training focusing on your legs and you'll be happy with the results.

just be as strong and healthy as you can. You're never going to look like someone else due to your own bone structure so just get as lean as you can (while maintaining health) and exercise your major muscle groups. You have the same h/w and build as my gf so I'm just going to give you the same spiel I gave her. eat a healthy diet, do c25k to get your cardio up, do strength training and do a little daily ab work.
As for strength training routines you don't have a lot of options right now since gyms are closed for covid-19. Here's what I can suggest atm
No equipment: Push-ups, pull-ups on your local tree or whatever you can find, dragon flags, l-sits on the floor with your hands on 2 things of a similar height like books. P&P you do 3 sessions a week where you push yourself and any additional lighter sessions you want. If you can't do a pull-up do some negatives.
Simple equipment you can get off amazon: Ring push-ups, ring pull-up progressions, ring dips, parallette tuck swings, parallette l-sits, inverted ring hangs and eventually skin the cat.

If thats you on 2nd pic you are close, would add jogging 3-4 days a week + 1 or 2 days of strenght training for lower body including abs and back. Biggest difference is she has quite a bit more leg and ass muscles but still a little bit less bf% overall comparing the stomach area.
