My body is nothing special, but fasting leaned me out pretty good. This was taken after about 4 weeks of a 7-day to start and then rolling 48's/OMAD.

I cut another 10 lbs from the photo on right before I started trying to build muscle.

You could do a few 7s if you can handle that, not right off the bat of course, but you're fat enough for it.
You could start with a 48-72, then a 5-day and so on.
All this assuming you're otherwise healthy.

You don't need multivitamins, you really don't need to supplement anything apart from drinking snake juice, unless you have a condition of some sort of course.

28 days is pretty intense, but you can easily fast while working. I've done 8- and 9-day fasts during really intense work periods, including directing large events with thousands of people, long film shoots, etc.

Staying busy helps enormously.

Just start a day or two BEFORE you have off days, because days 2-3 can be the hardest.

And also, break the fast on an off day, because you'll probably get the shits.

this is gonna sound very odd but realise we're on 4channel therefore its ok but after day 3 of one of my fasts i woke up and literally felt ascended. Colors were literally brighter and my mind was so clear i couldn't understand it. My vision was clearer and i just felt better.

Suddenly broke out in what I think are hives on my chest, not sure if it's the fasting or perhaps hay fever (never had hives before so don't know why they'd appear now). Also occasionally I'll get light headed after standing up, sign of low blood pressure? What exactly are you asking? Snake juice with JUST regular salt and no potassium/magnesium/baking soda? Yes salt water is better than nothing. The bare minimums though are the potassium and the salt together.

If you mean table salt vs Himalayan pink salt then it doesn't really matter. Cole just likes himalayan pink salt because it's all natural.

from speaking with other anons in this thread series the answer is really no if you are on snake juice. if you are not drinking snake juice you may experience an adverse reaction but 2 weeks wouldn't be long enough to have a serious enough refeed syndrome to kill you.

a good rule of thumb in my opinion is to come off a long fast slowly (not over days, but hours) gradually adding bigger portions and more complex foods.

Ok bros I'm doing my first cut and for this week im easing into a 1 day eating/one day fasting cycle, but with intermittent fasting mixed in.
