Friday: 5 mile.

It's not hard to do anything when nearly your whole life revolves around it.

Pick an exercise you're not strong at and measure your BPM after completing a circuit to determine if your cardio is actually strong or not.

Depends how long you're running. If you're doing a single mile, it's not that hard to do a 4.5 minute mile after a few weeks of training. If you're running a half marathon, running a mile in less than twelve minutes means you're good enough to get paid big bucks for it.

In that case do low volume, high intensity sprints to build power. If you do no cardio, you'll end up looking big, but having no athletic performance.
