You can get fit doing either. Just eat a diet in line with your morals, you degenerates.

Animal. Veg is a lot harder to get. Plus usually vegans are fucking retards.

Vag is good for you

I tried vegan diet just to try it out but after 3 weeks I was pretty floored when I looked into the mirror. During that time I had 4 packages of beer (20x33cl) and about 2 bottles of whisky. I still could fit my throusers I never was fit enough to use. Pretty sure I'm gonna stay vegan.

>age old
Not really, it's animal protein.

Harder to get? Beans, peas and lentils all contain protein. There's like a ton of protein sources for vegans.

Not in my rural community. On the side why the fuck would I be eating beans and lentils instead of meat.

See

There are some things that aren't worth the gains, even if it were true. I've given up all sweets and alcohol, but if you think imma quit eating pigs, cows, and chickens you got that wrong

I like meat so I eat meat, simple as.

How the fuck is that an ‘age old debate’

I'm not 100% vegan either but I have noticed how much better I feel in general. Nowadays meat gives me bad stomach etc. It's cheap and tasty once you figure out good recepies. Also you can eat as much as you like and still doesn't get around your waist so easily. I recently quit tobacco and alcohol to see how that works for me.

Quit trying to veganpill me reeeeee

I merely said how and why I do it...

Eat whatever as long as there's a purpose in mind and you're doing better than most. Truth is most people don't really explore vegetables enough. Ever since I found out how good eggplant can be I've had zero issue going meatless some days.

I still got cravings for meat for some reason. Not very often though and when I eay meat it doesn't taste so good as I though. Also makes me feel nauseous.

>Age old debate: veg or animal protein?
if you don't eat meat, you're a degenerate faggot and you should kys

Imadgine eating anything else but steak, ground beef with added fat, water, a high grade vitamin / mineral supplement and some salt.

thank you based ignorant retard

Gonna get infected for this but,
try lamb or goat, or something of a lamb beef blend like kofta. If you're going to eat it on occasion anyways mise well make it something good.

Veganism is trash, there's a reason why most don't make it past 1 year, let alone the hard 5 year wall when your body runs out of stored nutrients. Plants are poison to the body.
You only feel better because chances are, you've dropped processed food out and see temporary recovery.

Im vegan for four years going now and have seen consistent gains with it. I'm stronger than most guys at my mcgym (puregym here in the UK, so not much of an achievement but still) with 80kg 5x5 ohp, 245kg deadlift, and a poverty squat of 165kg at 90kg 6'1.

Didnt do it for health, did it for the animals. I think most people would benefit from going vegan because it limits the junk food so prevalent in a lot of peoples diets.

>You only feel better because chances are, you've dropped processed food out and see temporary recovery.

Wow that's a big pill to swollow and it is based.

I guess I will see in a year then. Ironic how its always an arbitrary amount of years though, two years ago I was told at three years you die, and Im sure at five years I will be told at seven years I will die despite getting stronger.

Lost all respect for you when
>did it for the animals

Everything you think about how animals are raised is wrong.

Not the original poster but what's wrong with having sympathy for animals? Even in the west they are being treated like shit if not straight up tortured.

Because I raise them. We have one guy who sings to our pigs and names them. These fuckers are far from tortured.
If you don't raise these animals or have ever seen how they're raised in real life you're point is mute.

dont really care if an user loses respect for me or not, the people in the gym who have issues with veganism are all weaker than me anyway and think I give a fuck about them?

My ex was a proper dirty hippy mate, I went to all the vigils and slaughterhouses and farms. Ive seen what I need to see. My first job as a 14 year old was on an egg farm.

I could say the exact same thing about lifting. Most people give up after less than one year, and you are going to have to deal with an injury at some point in five years.
based

Ah the old happy uncles farm argument. The vast majority of all the meat consumed comes from industrialised and abusive farms. Good for you if your farm is better, but at the end of the day you have still commodified another living thing and kill it as nothing more than a luxury product.

It has been obvious for a long time. The debate is long settled, and animal protein is far superior objectively.

How old are the pigs when you send them off to the slaughterhouse? A domestic pig has a lifespan of 15-20 years. If someone were farming dogs for meat and sent them to the same slaughterhouse you use at the same age you send your pigs off, would you say "well, I'm okay with it because their dogs were treated nicely and given names?"

Wish I could do that to you. You remember what we as humans have been doing for years? Eating meat?? Wow! What a new idea. While I don't agree with some environmental practices, the rest of your thinking is fucked.

Yes I would. I have no moral qualms with eating any animal meat as long as it's not another human

I'm pretty sure you know what I was talking about. The big companies, the meat industry and big ass industrialized slaughterhouses I was talking about. Those places are far from a place your just pictured.

I have heard of this a million times over but doesn't the marketing always try to enforce what benefits them most?

appeal to tradition. Just because we have been doing it doesnt mean it is morally acceptable to continue doing it, but I would expect some degenerate beta boy who "wishes they could be abusive and kill someone" with a different opinion to them to put much thought into what is right or wrong. At the end of the day buddy even if we met in real life its all you will be able to do; wish.

Lol, I'm still wishing you never wrote that seizure inducing paragraph

Why not both?

protein powder gives you cancer.

Meat is fucking delicious and I'm not a faggot who gets attached to my food, if there's no pigs I'll eat a vegan, simple as that.
Veggies are a great complement and make the majority of any healthy diet.
Meat + Veg is the way to go, fuck the limp-dicks who say otherwise.

Why can't more folks think like this

If you have to ask then you aren't gonna make it DYEL

> beans and lentils have less protein in 1 lb of plant matter than meat has in 1/2 lb.
I'm not interested in bloating on fucking veggies all day to get what i could have in a french serving with some animal cruelty on the side.

coof

the resemblance is uncanny, right down to the bags around the eyes and makeup to cover up the flaws in his nutrition.

>bloating
who invited the roasties?

never clocked this before, why is it only women who are concerned with bloating? Also, I swear women "bloat" more than men do?

Vegs are lower in calories so you can stuff yourself with it and still you'll lose fat. Vegan bodybuilders do have to be more creative but it certainly isn't more difficult than it is for the regulars.

> but it certainly isn't more difficult than it is for the regulars.
You missed the point.
It's more efficient to eat a pound of beef than to eat ten pounds of lentils. Your traning your neaurochemistry to eat more just so you can make up for the inefficiency, which isn't good.

> you'll lose fat
your body needs fat, you're essentially starving it.

your body can make its own fat though, unless you have a source on the claim that the human body NEEDS dietary animal fat?

> Vegs are lower in calories so you can stuff yourself with it and still you'll lose fat
> your body can make its own fat though
Fat requires a surplus, but you've claimed that eating vegies will make you lose fat regardless of how much you eat, ergo you are starving your body.

Im not the original guy you were talking about regarding that. Ive noticed a lot of vegans get fluffy though, so I dont think the fat thing is much of an argument for either side.

please show fluffy

Lel at Jamieposters. Imagine taking anything that porn addict says seriously. Is he still selling products based on the premise that cannibalism is the best way to build muscle?

>"Animals store vitamin B12 in liver and muscle and some pass the vitamin into their eggs and milk; meat, liver, eggs and milk are therefore sources of the vitamin for other animals, including people.[5][7][25] For humans, the bioavailability from eggs is less than 9%, compared to 40% to 60% from fish, >fowl and meat.[26] Insects are a source of B12 for animals (including other insects and humans).[25][27]"
