I do bottom 3 right everyday, most days don't eat shit foods, sweet food or ice cream. Most days I go hard on the bourbon though.
I do them all, except it depends on what you mean by "sweets" I eat a little bit of 80% dark chocolate when I get cravings. It keeps me in line. Also, no burgers? does that mean no hamburger or no hamburger patties? Because I mix up my diet with hamburger maybe 1 time per week or so.
