I hope you have a livestream running every time you bench because when those chairs won't fucking do it the antics will be hilarious.

Maybe if the backs of those chairs went straight up it might be ok. But not those.

I've benched twice with this setup already and so far the chairs have been pretty stable. But yeah you have to take risks if you want to get them gains these days

How many coronabros have already died in homegym related accidents, but we just wouldn't know about it because they are already so alone no one cares to check on them?

Not him, this is incredibly stupid, paint buckets aside, the back of a chair isn't meant to handle weight, the chair itself can't distribute the force evenly, one of them will tip over and at the very least you'll break a floor tile.

Try doing dips on them faggot and see where that gets you.

If you have some rope, you can make it very slightly safer by binding the chairs to prevent the bottoms from sliding outward by tying rope tight either just above that horizontal support bar that's about ten inches up each leg, on the backside, or by securing it two inches above the floor on the back legs, but you would need to find a way to keep it from slipping.

Anyway, hopefully you will consider making that addition to help it be safer for you. Good luck on your gains journey in these corona times, buddy.

I'll be posting my own setup once I have built my platform. I won't have my rack just yet, or weights yet, but this takes time anyway.

Thanks for the advice I might try that. I'm also gonna place both chairs on a rug, that might make it safer as well.

The majority of the weight is over the seating area and not the back, that makes it much more stable. Of course they would fall over if you load them over the back.

It's not part of a single unit, the bar is separate from the back. The weight on the chairs is therefore all on the back, not the seat. Learn physics.

My home gym. I'm cutting, and I prefer to do circuits and HIIT on a cut anyways, so this is enough for me. Not pictured is my weighted vest for additional gainz.

>>Lite W8 BB
>Marked by your hands before the cement dried.
Nice.

Other side marked by a qt 3.14159265 for maximum gainz

Should have just done Lite W8 BB on both sides.
Respect for you is now gone.

How do you use the dog?!

As the butthirt tager guy said, the weights are on the bar.
The bar is resting on the back of the chairs and thus only on the innermost legs. It wouldn't take much for the chair to fall inwards.
But all this dosent matter because it's not that heavy.

OP just to floor presses.

This bench has gone from being a shit waste of space to my saviour.
Very wobbly, I think it's going to collapse eventually.

20,000g protein, 5,000g fat

My home gym until my roll mat and doorway pull up bar arrive, went from being able to do 5 pushups to 50 pushups so I'm happy with my progress

I need to do pullups but there is nothing on my house that can help me with that, any creative user can tell me another way to do pullups?

shittest welding

key holy shit

Now that you guys don’t have to speed up for anyone, how long are you resting between sets?

fuck other people, i wait up to 10 mins between sets if i need to, sorry you can't do your 30kg rows or 40kg half squats because ive got some 3 plate squats to do

Tree branch

Same as always, I don't want to hang out in my garage all day

Based dog consumption

Same bro, I’ve been waiting 5 mins instead of my usual 3. Lifts are way easier.

Concrete. You can only fit a pull-up bar to concrete or stone walls.

Alright, I fixed it by putting a few books on the polster, now the paint buckets are touching the chair and can distribute their weight over the entire chair.

if you have to ask you wouldnt understand

the money we spend every month on a gym pass and fuel costs of traveling to an from the gym could have been going to buying shit for a good home gym set up, this chinky plague has really opened my eyes

I run, do a fuckload of bodyweight training, and I have a set of 20kg dumbbells and a large rock.

just go to walmart bro

Yeah depending where you live it will take a few months for sure. For the US I bet more than a year, because muh freedom.

Thanks. He's a good boi.
There's no branding on the mat, so I don't know. It was just a cheap mat I bought at Winners last summer. It had an incredible strong plastic/bad chemical smell, so I had to air it out in my garage for weeks before the smell went away. Even my garage stank for about a month.
For motivation. He keeps side eyeing my bitch, so I gotta get big so I can mog him and be the real alpha dawg in the house.

The chairs seem like a better option

Cute fountain

surprisingly not that flimsy, certainly wobbles, im not sure how safe i feel, but it works for now

I found the weights in a dump. Borrowed some from an old guy. I'll have to find some water bottles to weigh it down. Any Yas Forums dumpster divers know good ways to find equipment?
