I'm doing alright. Probably going to lose some muscle throughout this but I have a bench press at home and I'm going to install a bar in the backyard soon. It will be a simple routine but hopefully and effective one.
How do people get so fat and not stop and think, "man I should really do something I'm getting fucking huge."

Same reason a lot of smokers don't do anything until it starts to take a huge toll on their bodies.

You're on the wrong board, buddy. Fatties are subhumans.

Smoking is fading out, far less people smoke tobacco than they did even twenty years ago.
Yet, obesity has been a problem for decades. I just don't understand how people gain that weight. I'm a stick, 6'2" 160l.b.s and I'm well into my thirties so my metabolism has slowed down. Do people just eat and never exercise?

Lol...bobs got bigger?

How do you people get bored? Your internet works, right? Unlimited information at hand.
Fatties also have the most health problems, increased risk for cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc..
So I'm always glad to hear that people have lost weight and kept it off. Its good news! That's more healthy people and honestly you can enjoy life without feeling awful every day.
I didn’t take a before picture because I hated pictures when I was a fat fuck but I went from 260 pounds at my heaviest to 170 pounds. We’re all gonna make it.

Go eat some cereal or some pancakes or some other sugary shit and see how much of it you need to actually get full. And then picture someone doing that for every single meal. You’re talking at least 1500 calories of food per meal, add that to the cookies or twinkies or whatever bullshit you eat between meals, and the two sodas throughout the day, and that’s how people get fat. They’re not getting fat on steak, they’re getting fat on empty calories that don’t make you feel full. t. Former fatass

Same. I lost my weight years ago in HS, but I was 265 at 6’3, went down to 190 (I was legit starving myself though). Now 10 years later, I went back up to 250 after being a junkie. Got clean, lost 25 lbs, I’m 225 and could stand to lose BF but I’ve been focusing on gaining strength. Finally at 3 pl8 squat. I definitely look my healthiest in years, but I’d like to lose another 10 lbs so I look shredded. Been doing sprints and HIIT while at home so I guess I’m doing a cut now.
Bro, you should thank God you didn't get any stretch marks. Anyways, I guess is because seems you took it slow and with a nice pace and diet. Congrats and keep it up, man. Very nice.
