You need to just talk to people more. Sometimes being at the gym helps, especially if you look like you know what you're doing. Then, normies will come talk to you, sometimes to ask for advice. Just be cool, let them ask the questions and think out your answers. You should have answers, if you've been serious about lifting. You might even make friends.
