My wrists and forearms hurt when doing diamond pushups, what am I doing wrong?

I wake up between 4:30 and 5:30 every morning no matter when I go to sleep. It’s all because I used to go in to work with my mom for a period of time because I was a schizophrenic wreck and she’d wake me up at 6.

I just want to wake up around 8:00, is that so much to ask? Exercise is just so hard when you slept 4 hours.

How can I become more flexible? My back hurts from sitting at a desk all day and I feel stiff often

I've been doing more weighted dips since I can do them at home now, and i have developed a pain in my right tricep when locking it out at the top.
The pain feels closer centered around the elbow and about halfway up the arm.
What is causing this and how can i fix it?

In all seriousness, talk to your PCP. Probably (and hopefully) nothing serious, but there's no reason to take a risk when your dick is involved.

Your system gets fucked hard with an overdose of hormones it didn't produce.
If you don't workout either, you don't even get the positive side while getting all the bad shit.

If your bladder is actually full (you're not just "feeling" the need) then something is blocking your urine pathway. Might other swollen things from masturbation (for example the glands that produce the precum). I'd ask your doctor about it but before that, try having very short fap sessions or none if that's possible.

I posted this in the other thread but wanted another opinion. I'm 25 years old and 100lbs (5'6). Im tired of being skelly and want to lift. Being that the gyms are closed right now, should I buy resistance bands for home? Or something else maybe? Money isn't a big problem but I don't want to spend hundreds.

When you deadlift, do you keep constant tension between reps, or completely relax? In all my years of deadlifting, I've always completely relaxed my body for 0.5 of second at the bottom on a rep with the weights fully rested on the ground before bracing and completing the next rep. The other day however for some reason I proceeded to do my whole set without relaxing/unbracing (although still let the weight come a dead stop on the ground each time) and it felt so much better.

Am I fucking moron who's been deadlifting wrong for 5+ years? Or is technique personal preference?

If you're training purely for strength/hypertrophy, there's nothing wrong with 2-3 minute rests to allow the resetting of your muscular chemical pathways to occur. Maximal force production requires a bit of rest, so unless you're training for endurance, it's better to take 'longer' rests so each set can be done at full power

If you're truly that much of a skelly, a good bodyweight routine would be a fantastic place to start before you get into the actual gym. Developing proper mind-muscle connections and understanding how to recruit the correct musculature is a big step towards strength.

Does it hurt? I've had something kind of like this, where it would feel like my urethra was on fire and I needed to pee. The pain passed while I peed, only to then come back immediately after. It turns out it was bladder spasms, and the pain was referred pain from the bladder. Emptying my bladder before (but not immediately before) sexual activity helped.

What's the cutoff between going back and finishing a workout and giving up - from a physical perspective.
Yesterday I was doing squats and was interrupted for an hour and came back and knocked them out. Got me wondering where the cutoff is. 1 hour? 2 hours? 1 day?

Heavy squats made me skip workouts so I stopped doing them even though I only got up to 220lbs on them.

Can I just do high rep (3x8-10) squats once a week to make sure my legs aren't completely undeveloped? What will I be missing aside from smaller legs? I still do deadlifts.

How much should I eat on rest days?
I workout 3 times a week. Monday-wednesday-friday

I feel like I don’t even deserve a post on a QTDDTOT.

I was a recovering fatty who was doing pretty well for himself. (Lost 30 lbs, cleaned up diet, regularly exercising and building good muscle). I stumbled when o went back to school but it didn’t stop me. What did stop me was getting a gf. And not a fat one either. And Yas Forumsizens, she loves me for who I am. It doesn’t matter that I’m fat to her. In fact she generally prefers it. And like that, all motivation has been sucked from me. “The best way to destroy a man is to give him what he truely wants.”

I was happy for a time, but I’ve gotten fatter and fatter. Quarantine hasn’t helped either. I can’t go to a gym and I’m stuck at home surrounded by food. I look at myself in the mirror and feel disgusted. I can no longer really sext, or even have sex with my gf because I feel disgusting. I physically feel terrible on top of this.

And I don’t know how to get out of it. Especially now.

How do you motivate yourself when previously your motivation was self hatred? Because that no longer works when you have a woman telling you she loves you just the way you are, and gets sexually turned on by you, even if you feel physically disgusting.

I can't get restful sleep. When I'm finally sleepy (no earlier than 2 AM) and wake up at any time during the day, even 11 hours later I have the hardest fucking time getting out of bed. Any energy I might have is sapped within a couple of hours. I've always been like this, doc says I'm lacking iron but I don't feel like the supplements are helping. Maybe I'm taking too little at 45mg at most. I don't drink coffee but I'm starting to think I should. What do I do?
