it feels great not worrying about where my nutrients are coming from, and being able to eat virtually anything I want. I will never be vegan

200g of protein from chicken cost me 2€ where I live and the protein quality is far higher than any of that shit you just posted.

I actually think its a good thing people become vegans
Not only they become infertile, they also make meat cheaper for me
youtube.com/watch?v=s6Em1xuIpuk

Meanwhile in reality humans don't have 4 stomachs and 100 mile long intestine that is filled with bacteria that can make use those proteins and we don't trow up our food every so often to chew it again and we definitely don't spend hours eating and eating, unless you are an American.

In other news OP is a retard

Now post bioavailability chart

You're talking about cellulose, which is listed as fiber, not protein on nutrition labels.

Meanwhile in reality...
>Iron deficiency
>B12 deficiency

Most of that is only useful when fermented.

Sounds like something a hamplanet would say to a fit person

Here you go

Attached: Screenshot_20200327-132914_Chrome.jpg (720x1280, 417.33K)

This graph means nothing, you're actually turing away people who may be considering reducing the portion of their protein intake that come from meat.

Begone, roastie

What is bioavailability?

>every image about vegan protein intake uses some obtuse metric like grams per calorie or grams per dollar

Weak bait. You are doing nothing for veganism, which means you have exactly zero perspective on how to promote it. You are an idiot at best and a troll at worst.
rationalwiki.org/wiki/Concern_troll

>grams per Calorie is an obscure metric
Read the fucking sticky, newfag

The best way to promote veganism is show what long term vegans look like, or look into ex vegans reasons
>youtube.com/watch?v=s6Em1xuIpuk

I have a vegan gf. She is also very obese. Feels bad man.

>hamplanet
no

As per requested

Okay, now you post body to show me what a meatcuck looks like, pussy.

Attached: MMH_0069.jpg (350x263, 39.93K)

The average vegan consumes 70g of protein per day

Yes. That is why 99.99% of them are dyel

now do protein/cal

Dont know who is this guy but you could eat literal trash and tree leaves, and still build muscle using steroids

eggs cost me next to nothing, they literally fall out of the chickens i own just like that

>steroids
Flattered as I am, no. I compete in USPA drug tested. When I hop on (not if, when), I'm going to switch to untested.
You do not need to take gear to pull 540.

Why are you doing ratios based on cost and shit instead of grams of protein/per calorie?

Also, look at the leucine content in plants. Even when you account for equal amounts of protein from plant sources, you still get around 30-50% less total leucine, which is one of the most important dietary factors for building muscle.

Attached: Leucine-concentrations-of-various-protein-sources-Differentiation-is-made-between[1].png (649x350, 114.53K)

Because grams of protein per Calorie is just a comparison of protein powders. Whey protein isolate and onions protein isolate outperform every single whole food.
Unless you're doing a PSMF, it's irrelevant, and if you're doing that, you're going to pick a protein powder instead of chicken breasts.

What you don't show it the protein quality and the amount of fucking carbs you'd have to eat to reach protein goals with those foods

No it's fucking not. You can get 10g of protein from chicken with way less calories than even the best plant based sources (besides powders)

if that you, you still have years of nutrients reserves in your body and are currently eating yourself
try measuring your bone density

Half a scoop of this alone gets you over the leucine threshold if you can't be bothered to eat 30g protein in a sitting.
Yes, meat gets you there in 20g, but leucine is a non-issue as long as you aren't eating a 1200 Calorie bitch diet

Been vegan for four years. When am I going to run out of nutrients, and which nutrients am I going to run out of? Please be specific. I'll be more than happy to show you pictures of exactly where I get those nutrients.

no it isn't. try and get a majority of your protein from peanut butter and lentils and show me how fat you get.

>When am I going to run out of nutrients
it usually takes 5 to 10 years depending on how old you were when you started the vegan diet, how good was your mothers nutrition, how good was your childhood nutrition, etc
Just so you know 90% of your bones are protein, in case youre wondering why youre able to build muscle on a vegan diet

No its not. If someone is cutting weight on 2000 calories a day, while trying to hit close to 200g of protein its nearly impossible to do that solely on plant sources, and again, i dont want to supplement fucking leucine with every meal.

I dont disagree with eating plant based for health reasons. A veggie diet is definitely way better than the average american diet. I eat a fuckload of vegetables every day. But dont try and fool people that its just as good for building muscle, cause it just isnt.

Attached: protein quality.png (830x693, 32.17K)

This is complete bullshit. Eggs are $0.79/dozen and a large egg is ~60 grams
60x12 = 720grams
There is no way a kilogram of eggs (even with shells removed) costs 2.22 Euro

Are you one of those faggots that unironically eats an entire barrel of broccoli to get your protein needs for the day?
Meanwhile two whey protein shakes and a piece of chicken and i'm at 200 grams of protein.

>onions protein 1.00
What's your excuse for not bulking up on tofu?

>excellent protein/calorie ratio
>cheaper than eggs or chicken
>tons of protein per weight

Not everyone lives in Burgeristan where they shove 30 chickens per square meter and then wash the eggs with chemicals to make them safe to eat after being exposed to all the chicken shit, urine, pus and blood

How is black beans 0? Is that due to the incomplete EAA profile?
What is the efficiency baseline?

>after being exposed to all the chicken shit, urine, pus and blood
Do you not know where eggs come from?

Man your cope is pathetic.

Pure whey protein is the most protein dense substance in the world.
At only 400 calories I have 100 grams of complete protein.
It's dirt fucking cheap, it cost less than any of the beans and is cheaper than any of the vegetables you can post because COMPLETE proteins.

You're full of shit and have no idea what you're talking about.

I already posted body. It's your turn
That's retarded. Your skeleton weighs about 20kg, which means that you would literally stop having a skeleton if you used 13g of protein from it after four years. this is basic math.
Post body. If you cut at 2000 Calories and need 200g protein, you are obese and sedentary.
Better yet, post your MFP, so we can see what you're really eating and how much you really care about being optimal

Attached: post body.jpg (293x625, 35.56K)

Lower protein utilization and lack of the other essential nutrients found in meat.

>if you cut at 2k calories and need 200g of protein
>obese

Not everyone is a fucking dwarf.

Because it's data from the U.S. Dairy Export Council. My guess is that they literally didn't measure black beans and just entered the data as zeros or some other fuckery. No way of telling from an image without reading the methods section of their study

>1 chicken breast
50g protein
>2 whey protein shakes
30g protein each
Total of 110g protein.
??????

>after being exposed to all the chicken shit, urine, pus and blood
>he thinks manly men give a shit about any of these specially after boiling the eggs
Nigger people would drink blood if they werent mentally ill and pus is literally just fucking protein, but vegans think its disgusting because humans are so fucking far from nature
Eating a raw organ straigth from the dead animal would be something even a kid find amazing in the wild, but nowadays y'all are brainwashed by disney movies and sterile enviroments

>Pus is a whitish-yellow, yellow, or brown-yellow protein-rich fluid called liquor puris that accumulates at the site of an infection.
>It consists of a buildup of dead, white blood cells that form when the body’s immune system responds to the infection.

Attached: 4R6QisK.jpg (1024x679, 232.78K)

>pus is literally just fucking protein
the absolute state of meatcucks

I can see veganism has already aged your face lke crazy

Certainly, but if you're 200lbs, it doesn't really matter how tall you are. You're still sedentary and have no need to be following protein recommendations for athletes because you are not an athlete.

Post face and body

And piss is basically water, protein and minerals
>Urine is an aqueous solution of greater than 95% water. Other constituents include urea, chloride, sodium, potassium, creatinine and other dissolved ions, and inorganic and organic compounds. Urea is a non-toxic molecule made of toxic ammonia and carbon dioxide

Do you have anything more than appeals to emotions?

based

>Facts are fake

I would rather post my face and body on an website designed for weebs and pedophiles

meant to say rather not*

Well that settles it. You're clearly a very attractive man who just wants to look out for my health and wellness. Thanks for caring, user, but I'm going to disregard your advice and continue to be vegan.

Attached: sweet_grapes.jpg (1920x1024, 775.65K)

The problem really might be that the typical 21st century gym ape refuses to eat carbs, lifts three times a week and doesn't do any exercise besides that because "cardio kills gains". They really would just get obese if they tried to get their protein from healthy sources such as grains and legumes. Add a healthy amount of cardio to your routine in addition to lifting and it's not a problem, and it won't kill your gains because you're eating enough carbs and calories to sustain it.

>who just wants to look out for my health and wellness
Not really, I'd rather have you stay vegan, I was just using reverse psychology

So I just consume 1,8kg of wheat flour to hit my protein goal and even get like 1200+g carbs extra? Yeah sounds like a good meal plan.

what is bio-availability
what is bloated as fuck all day
was eating mainly animal products and got memed into beans rice lentils etc and felt stuffy, gassy, bloated and depressed within a week. Shit is cancer back toyogurt, fish and fatty meat.
