I'm a ugly ass, weak, chinlet incel and i want to join the special forces. How would you train me to become on par with the chads who join?

reincarnate

Train hard and never ever quit.

And don't be a dumbass.

Chads dont sign up to die for porky user
Everyone in the special forces is like you which is why they get cheated on

>want to be special forces
>cant figure out a training routine
You know you can't join special forces with a room temperature IQ?

Ask not what we can do for you, ask instead what you can do for yourself.

That fucking smug grin

Most of it is mental. Unless you're injured or lack integrity, the only way you leave SFAS is by quitting.
The mentality that SF guys have is something else. Hate to break it to you, but if you had it you wouldn't be a weak incel.

You need at least 105IQ

Take the calf pill

His arms arent so big. He do Krav Maga or another martial art to cope for the upper body strength ?

unironically inspirational

Idiot, even the infantry is filled with chads.

Lmao no. They are slightly below average, which is still an improvement over normal infantry. You need a special kind of stupidity to follow orders all your life, which will result in injuries, hardship, risk, mental health problems, no personal freedom or space, chicane for 55k a year.

most special forces dudes I met have nothing to live for except proving themselves and their bros how hard they are. Once they are 35+ they notice how their bodies break down. Without any useful skill in a civilian world they can either squeeze out a few more years as private security or train other men. In both settings they have no chance to climb the ladder. Important skills for a career aren't learned in the military, quite the opposite. heavy drinking, inability to creative solutions, thinking outside the box, charism, compassion, motivating others etc. Many are mentally scared and unable to function in a normal environment or relationships.
There is nothing chad about that. The average infantry men will waste a few years on base, counting cables every week, and quit after 2-5 years. Special forces commit for decades

> Buy Tactical Barbell 1 and 2
> Do Base Building, followed by Operator/Black, followed by Fighter/Green.
> Apply

Youre an accountant of some other faggot job, aren't you?

He stole the SAS idea.

teacher

based, fuck military fags

This. Unless you're just an untapped talent, you won't cut it. But this is HIGHLY unlikely. If you had the genetics, you would have been included in sport activities since your childhood. As you ended up as incel, it's likely you have a weak frame and have no athletic prowess and your ability to gain any is capped way below what you would need.

Do something else.

literally all of this is wrong

>Everyone in the special forces is like you

I wouldn't say that.

Lmfao

they didnt start as Chad's, they became chads

>implying a nice body is all you need to be chad
Go back to where you came from newfags. There are plenty of guys on here who'll have nicer bodies than these guys and yet cannot touch a girl.
The only times these soldiers touch a girl is after they shot her, or if they're lucky, after that girl has been cheating on him for his entire deployment.

found the chairforce pog.

is he the guy from that famous picture where he's holding an M4 while wearing khakis?

completely cluless jealousfag
yes

Is this also you?

You can't be "trained" to be special forces
Chances are, you'd give up on the first mental hurdle
>But muh animu secret drive and I'm like psycho bro
20 bucks says 2nd day in the cold rain with no sleep will change that.

psuedointellectual

How?

Its true that the type of mentality is built over a lifetime however you absolutely can physically prepare for it.

Run a lot. Like a LOT, with a LOT of effort. Build up not only endurance but conditioning your body for long-term output. Shin splints are some of the most common injuries i've seen in combat soldiers.
Practice on making your 3km around 10-11 minutes at maximum effort but do it like once a month or so cuz its a killer, and practice on long distance (8+ km).
LOTS of bodyweight work like pull ups and dips, and lots of work on grip. You can recognize who's in more intense combat units by the size of their forearms, when you're holding guns, LMGs, stretchers and what not for hours on end you'll need it.
LOTS AND LOTS of core work as the weights you carry can easily break your back and legs if youre not careful. From my experience the lifting i did before military service helped out with not breaking my spine. Diddlies, and quad and glute work are important. If you dont have gym you can sprint which is overall better for your goals.

But the biggest thing to consider is mental endurance. If you do get into the training course, understand you'll be doing a lot of the same shit, over and over and over again for months at a time. It's very important to understand the strength of the group as a whole. You'll need your teammates to pull you out of various shitty situations and you'll need to do the same to them, without thinking twice about it.
Your physical endurance will end pretty quickly. If you keep pushing while every muscle in your body is on fire and you want to die, thats a good start. If you can do that while pushing someone else who's struggling even more than you - thats where you need to be all the time in special forces training. It's hard. Really really hard. But this is why you see even scrawny guys in elite units, it's because they have mental strength that is among the best in the world.

The mental part is the make or break. I knew a guy that made selection to its end twice and got rejected because of his attitude. You can be as fit as you want, but if you don't have the right mentallity, you'll never make it.
OP doesn't want to train or be fit like them, he wants to join. I've seen many fat bodies and delusional people thinking they're tough as bricks break at basic. The only thing OP needs is a reality check before he commits 4+ years of his life.

>I knew a guy that made selection to its end twice and got rejected because of his attitude
no you dont, this only happens in SFAS and if he got peered out twice hes mentally retarded and thats his own fault.
And you suffer more mental fagtigue when you arent physically prepared. Being in excellent shape is the #1 thing correlated with success in SOF and multiple studies have shown this. Say im wrong so I can blow you out.

Former 11A here. I can give you a rough idea of what it takes to get an 18-series MOS. The requirements for that training pipeline are often misunderstood.

Hardly anyone walks in off the street and makes it. The cadre that you face are looking for professional soldiers, which means that candidates are generally entering that training pipeline after spending enough years in service to have the prerequisite technical and tactical knowledge. In other words, this isn't BUD/S, where all you have to do is suffer through it.

You need to have mastered your land navigation, time management, and troop leading skills before even thinking about applying for an 18-series MOS. Very strong rucking abilities are also required, so you need to be familiar with all the little things that soldiers do to keep themselves able to move under load for hours on end. This is where all those prior years of experience come into play.

Understanding army culture and the many mind games that exist within it is what really gets you through the training. You have to anticipate the type of mental fucking that you are going to get before it even comes down from the cadre, and then do some quick preparation that may involve your gear, your body, your mind, or all of the above. Failing to be familiar with these tricks and nuances will cause you to fall behind and wash out.

Notice how a lot of this stuff is mental and not physical. The reason for that goes back to what I mentioned about the cadre wanting professional soldiers with prerequisite experience. Anyone can train to run fast and lift heavy without much effort, but it takes many years to develop strength of character, an internal locus of control. and a shrewd, cerebral mindset.

Nevertheless, here are some performance milestones that you need to be hitting as a candidate. I would not want to show up if I could not hit the following milestones because it only gets harder when your sleep get pulled and it's raining...

(1/2)

Correction to that
Drowned first time, rejected second time and broke his back 3rd time which was him out. He was definitely unhinged though and I doubt he would have been picked again.
Like I said, mentallity is make or break. No shit being fit helps, but it's not enough.
Go ahead and blow me.

What selection was this? Cause its sounds like hes lying to you. And I never said its "enough", I said being fit helps exponentially. Nice strawman brainlet.

>Hardly anyone walks in off the street and makes it
This is completely wrong. The pass rate for 18xs post SFPC is higher than from big army.
>Notice how a lot of this stuff is mental and not physical
Again this si wrong, the #1 predictor for passing SOf selections is physical preparation and I have the studies to back it up.
Stop posting

(2/2)

>80 push-ups in 2 minutes (go down until your chest touches the floor, then push until your elbows are locked out)
>80 sit-ups in 2 minutes (fingers interlaced behind your head, fall back until your shoulders touch the ground then sit up until your chest is in front of your pelvis)
>20 pull-ups (one continuous set, dead hang to chin over the bar with feet off the ground, pass/fail)
>2-mile run in 12:30
>5-mile run in 35:00
>12-mile ruck with 50 pounds in 02:45:00
>1-mile swim (any stroke, pass/fail)
>10-meter rope climb (pass/fail)
>10-meter balance beam (the higher the better, pass/fail)
>1-mile farmer's walk with 100 lbs (breaks allowed but it pays to be a winner so do it as fast as possible, pass/fail)
>1 hour of continuous jumping jacks (remember what I said about mind games?)

That's it. All of that directly translates to the PT tests, obstacles, and evolutions that you do during the training pipeline. Good luck and stay hard.

SAS. His broken back and him leaving to go for selection and staying longer than the other guys who come home early says otheriwse.
And if you paid attention, I'm saying Op who is "a ugly ass, weak, chinlet incel" has zero chance of making it in his current mindset and is delusional of what SF is and entails since all he wants is to "join the chads".
I'm not going to steer people in to something they shouldn't be in or devote years of their life to especially when not making entails being stuck in a job you didn't want to do or expect having to buckle up and deal with it until your period of service ends.

SF is army green berets you shit head. Learn to read.

>chads
>getting blown up for chump change peanuts
yup, real chads in my book *siiiip*

that sounds absolutely impossible

Are you retarded?
He said special forces, not any particular one or which country, you're assuming he's a yank.

Special Forces is specifically Army green berets. SF is their official title, Green berets is their nickname. SOF is the umbrella term used for all SOF units. But again SF is extremely specific hence why in his photo he has 2 SF members in it. Notice how the "long tab" in blue says Special Forces on it you utter shithead. In closing you have no clue what youre talking about so just bow out.

Again, a lot of assumptions
Some nigger who knows nothing posts a pic of "SF dudes". SF might be specific in your country but not here, so suck my dick.
Besides, it's all similair shit and he still won't make it.

>SF might be specific in your country but not here, so suck my dick.
If it's like that in America it's like that everywhere. Remind me what language we're speaking?

>itt:
internet warriors unironically discussing whether a bunch of dudes they don't know, and who don't know them, are chads or not

I feel embarrassed for all of you
any of them would probably be embarrassed and disturbed if shown this thread

>If it's like that in America it's like that everywhere.
Lord have mercy. You fuckers don't even call chips, chips.

You mean freedom fries? Made with 100% foreign oil.

Wait,
Do you think I mean crispy, out of a packet chips or deep fried "fish n chip shop" chips?

He’s one of the founders of delta force, served in nam and said he had fun doing it

lmao at fat lifters getting intimidated by a standard that any athletic high school senior can hit without sweating.

>that ruck
>that farmers walk

goddamn

>Again, a lot of assumptions
No it isnt. he said SF and posted SF dudes. That isnt an assumption at all.
>Besides, it's all similair shit
Wrong, SFAS is nothing like BUDS.
>might be specific in your country
Only one country matters on Yas Forums and you know which one it is.
