I drink usually only once a month or less. Always Cabernet or merlot. Generally with a wedge of Parmesan.

i quit drinking (but might have a bit this summer) and its the same as life before i was 18 and started. even when i did, only one weekend a month and i would never get very drunk

Just every sunday I drink 2-3 glasses of cabernet I personally like a bitter taste it goes well since sunday I always eat higher quality meats. I'm a bit weary of merlot since a lot of them have this sweet taste to them, makes it easy to drink several glasses but doesn't really give that delicious bitter taste.

I only drink beer in social company and then only like 1 glass I don't really like it in particular. Also alcohol effects from beer are negligible you feel less from drinking 2-3 glasses of beer than 1 glass of wine.

It's same as before except I don't drink. Don't really notice any differences outside of that, I have slightly more money, I miss the taste of vodka and baileys, I also miss going out to quiet bars and having a drink on my own to think.

I usually have 1 can of beer a day, sit down after work or after a weightlifting session and have a beer and play some fortnite, rarely ever have more than 2 in one night and if I do it's with company.

sober for 2 years ausfag here, honestly after the fomo fades away after 6ish months its pretty good, gf and I find it means we can spend what would be a drink or two socially on a nice steak or extra savings and its been pretty sweet. 8/10 would recommend

Decided to quit getting blackout drunk after having money stolen at a house party. Coupled with my father's death, who I used to drink with, and my friends swearing it off too because we have grown Christian, I have been clean for a couple months. I do miss the stupid shit we used to do when drunk, and I found socializing easier, but I am okay with it. Plus my gains are not being bombarded by alcohol now.

You save a ton of money, you recover better from parties, you don't fuck up your body increasing your gains, your overall health and energy is overall better and you don't eat shit from being hungry because you're drunk.

As someone who used to love drinking and went out several times every weekend for the past 15 years I have to say I don't miss it yet, I haven't even thought about it. I can't say that I feel any different either, it's not like I magically feel better.

I try to get drunk every now and then to build up the courage to search for a job, but I can never get enough wine down to clear the anxiety. "Liquid courage", my ass.

No, it's not. My mother drinks 2 bottles a night and is constantly smashed. She's usually drinking it out of a sistema bottle on the drive home from her job.

The wine I've got is 13.5% alcohol by weight. Also merlot (super healthy and test boosting in low doses).

Red wine also slows ageing and makes you more resistant to radiation. Pinot Noir is the most healthy. Merlot is the second most healthy. You only need a small glass a day. Anymore and the negatives outweigh the benefits. So you can't really use it to have guilt free benders. But it is better than any other type of drink.

An interesting read. It synergises with resveratrol. It's a good think both are present in red wine, then. It doesn't need to be alcoholic wine, either. I have no nearby stores where I can get either compound in pill form, so a glass of red at dinner time will have to do.
