You can also get B12 from mushrooms and fermented foods have it too, homemade fermentation has the highest amounts. It is a lie that b12 can only be found in animal products.
Why do so many sources lie about this? It's almost as if they have an agenda to push...
the sad part is this obvious bait will harvest a ton of (((You)))'s.
Thomas Kelly
Vegans over hype their shitty diet and scare monger about meat consumption. It's a stupid cult. I really want to see big studies that back up their claims that imply that vegans don't get cancer.
Jackson Richardson
Vegans frequently over light their videos since they have bad skin or pasty yellowing skin due to b12 deficiency.
These are the people claiming vegan diet is the best.
aicr.org/cancer-prevention/food-facts/vegan-diet/ > Overall Cancer. Evidence from long-term observational population studies shows vegan diets consistently linked to lower cancer risk, but no more so than other vegetarian diets or other kinds of eating habits that focus on whole plant foods. > Prostate Cancer. In a large U.S. study, compared to non-vegetarians, men following a vegan diet were 35 percent less likely to develop prostate cancer. In this group of men, vegan diets were the only form of vegetarian diet linked with lower prostate cancer, and this association remained even after adjusting results of the analysis for weight. > Breast Cancer. In the U.S.-based Adventist Health Study 2, compared to non-vegetarians, women following a vegan diet showed a trend for lower risk of breast cancer, but it was not clear whether the association occurred by chance or from other influences. They link to their report that discusses the studies that resulted in their conclusion
why do you post a link to an opinion article instead of a study like the man asked for?
Evan Perez
>>Vegans are deficit in b12: >jamanetwork.com/journals/jamaneurology/fullarticle/784788 user, this is a case study on two omnivore sisters with a rare genetic condition. There's a passing reference to vegans but it is unreferenced.
Did you even review these studies before you collated them?
Jose Clark
I inked to expert interpretation of the big studies lad, their argument is fully referenced.
Image is 100% appeal to authority. There's lots of people with MD or PhD beside their names who advocate lots of kooky things. Religions in general love appeals to authority.
Ryder Morales
All this bullshit propaganda confuses me so much. I have no idea which is healthier anymore.
Levi Sanders
>expert opinion aka vegan interpretation
Dominic Lopez
True, but when one is the president of the American College of Cardiology they will trump that chiropractor the carnies like to bring out.
Jaxson Wood
You lost your hat
Isaac Jenkins
>All this bullshit propaganda confuses me so much. I have no idea which is healthier anymore.
That's the point. Vegans push a lot of fringe ideas and propaganda, and defend their diet. The goal is to at least throw up doubt and confusion. Ignore all of it and just eat a normal balanced diet and mainstream advice from medical bodies and lfiting bodies.
Drink your whey, eat your chicken breast, and eat your deenz, plus a whole hoast of vegetables like spinach and sweet potatoes.
Asher Parker
just because they also eat meat doesn't mean it's the majority of their calories, what's your point?
and surely if the plants were so healthy India would be able to outlive heavy meat consuming countries?
>True, but when one is the president of the American College of Cardiology
True but appeal to authority anyways? Why even bring it up? It's irrelevant. Humans are humans, and just because you have an MD beside your name doesn't mean you're not as easy to join stupid religions or cults or be swayed by propaganda.
>Williams has been vegan since 2003;
These MDs who tout veganism always send up being super vegans htemselves or are 7th Day Adventists.
Matthew Morales
how is that a conspiracy?
Christian Anderson
Is it surprising that when people find out that eating meat causes ass cancer that they stop eating it?
Jaxon Thompson
>[citation needed]
Ian Hughes
Provide studies with references user, not a screen grab of a tweet with falsehoods.
Austin Collins
Declaring a renowned 40 year old cancer research organisation to be a vegan front group because they recently commented that there appears to be consistent evidence that a vegan diet reduces certain forms of cancer is conspiracy land.
Levi Fisher
these are indisputable facts. India consumes the least amount of meat per capita, and has an abysmal life expectancy. Hong Kong consumes the most amount of meat per capita, and boats a healthy population on top of that.
now please, show me where the veg-x can even just outlive the general population, outside a 7th day adventist funded study? ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4691673/
Christian Anderson
I said nothing about the organization you fucking clown, is this how insecure you are? quit projecting your straw-man arguments because you have no facts or evidence to support your insane ideology.
Carter Flores
Why do nations which consume more meat than India have worst life expectancy user?
Isaac Thompson
People like him are cited as third party proof of veganism, but it's just vegans citing other vegans. What if veganism was a religion though? There's tons of MDs and doctors who are Scientologists.
When a religious group or movement hypes up a scientist follower it's due to insecurity and a desperation for their beliefs to be validated. Christians and Muslims do this too.
I use a simple metric, which is a preference for natural foods and products over synethic. It's not perfect, and in fact it's sloppy and sometimes wrong, which is why it shouldn't be dogmatically followed. But under this rule, I avoid processed foods and eat real foods, and I would prefer wool, leather, wood, over plastic. Leather is especially a fantastic material to make things out of. Why wouldn't you use it?
Landon Long
There's other alternatives that aren't plastic lad.
I'm 100% against processed meats. Pure trash. Red Meat I consume in rare occasions. I'm an omnivore and eat a lot of animal products like eggs, fish, dairy, chicken. I prefer my foods simple and as pure as possible.
Nolan Wright
your fake infographic with no references even doesn't mean shit to me.
Data came from interviewing essentially every centenarian on the island about what they ate over their whole life times. Also confirmed by reviewing food censuses dating back to the 19th century.
Go read "Blue Zones" if you're not afraid of opening your mind user.
Aiden Fisher
Fuck off shill, it's literally copypasted from a 1950 paper. Okinawa has a long tradition of eating pork.
blue zones also include heavy meat based societies too, but you like to omit those from your narrative because it doesn't fit your ideology.
Lincoln Clark
Indeed, and you can also get tons from seaweed and there are a million Sushi and bibimbap places around here that literally serve seaweed as a side. Not to mention just vitamins?? It’s just COPE from veggie-lets
Wyatt Jackson
There's a long tradition of using a small amount of pork as seasoning during religious holiday meals (aka every month or so), aside from that the accounts of the centenarians and the food censuses tell us it was rarely eaten.
> blue zones also include heavy meat based societies Such as?
Even without the lighting, he has this weird vegan "look" that I can't quite put my finger on. I guess it's malnutrition or something. They just look sickly and "off".
And because of that they act like zero cholesterol is healthy and any is some kind of toxic material that you need to avoid. They'll usually tout the low cholesterol of their diet as a plus.
Should not be shocking that cholesterol, like anything, is vitally needed in modest amounts.
Easton Rogers
Either tell me how or deal with it. >54930349 That's how a pro-vegan homosexual looks, and if you like posting images of him there is a lot lot more.
