In case you're truly autistic, my advice is not to go 100%. Running on hard surfaces or if you're heavy will destroy your knees and other parts of you. Start slow, take rest days, and make steady progress.

Also don't run 12 miles everyday right away. You WILL give up especially since you will be doing intermittent sprinting. You are not in an anime and will not get some magic power boost when running because you are "so le determined". Start with like a 0.7miles for on week and slowly add a half a mile every couple of weeks.

Yeah I found that 10k every day is a pretty common week for highschool track teams

Though it makes me wonder why would it take years to be able to do 20k a day? I did the math using that 10% rule for increasing weekly mileage and it only took me 24 weeks considering you can run 16 km a week at the start

That sort of fartlec training will get you lean as hell. But you might fuck your knees at the same time.
