One arm push ups and variations, a backpack with some weight in it.

Strengthen your core and check your hand position

Weighted push ups. Fill a backpack full of water bottles and do your normal bench volume with it. When you fill the back pack completely, fill some trash bags or grocery bags with water bottles and tie them on.

Depends on the thickness of your chest and length of your forearms though.
You can also widen the grips or use DBs.

This is why you should have bought olympic DB handles + BB + plates.
All the gyms in my area are shit anyway so having dumbbells I can load higher than in Coleman's gym is really nice.

What's the advantage of diamond pushup compared to normal push up?

They are used to isolate the triceps as much as possible making them way heavier than regular pushups

Yeah, different variations of pushups both target slightly different muscles and affect difficulty. So you can do incline, regular, decline, and diamond. Same with dips, you can change the angle to hit the chest or triceps more based on what you want. Same with bench press, you can do wider or closer grip, incline, or decline.

Remember with pushups that you can put a plate on your back or a weighted backpack to increase the resistance.

There's some variations, overall pretty based exercise.

Was thinking of getting some of those but when I don't understand how it gives any mass/muscle at all compared to normal push ups? is it just support for your arms/shoulders compared to normal push ups?
