Canadian health care is great compared to many other nations. The economy is fucked yes, but it'll recover. Might be a decade but I'll be okay. I've never waited 6 hours in an ER. I went for a broken bone and was in within a half hour. Went a few times when I was younger for various things and I've never been waiting an excessively long time.

You have to pay back 30% of the EI you claimed during the tax year if you earn over 65k yes, but my area is on lockdown and EI is perfectly fine for my situation. I don't mind a little clawback in exchange for having a bit of an income during these tough times.
