Maybe the guy you called fat was bullied all his life and had to cope with it with food, otherwise he would've killed himself. I’m considering going into my local target and covering the fat female mannequins in sliced ham and surrounding them with cans of Diet Coke, hanging a sign around their necks that read shit like “beautiful” and “comfortable in my skin”. They’ve had them for about 5 years now and it’s still only the female mannequins that are fat and obese. Like I get it, targets in it for the bread and they’re appealing to the audience they see the most potential for the most money from. But it’s bullshit. I can no longer find monismo (don’t even remember the spelling of exact name of the brand it’s been that long) athletic fitted Ts. It was so nice be able to go every few months and get new plain solid color shirts that showed off my shoulder:waist ratio and hugged my arms chest and shoulders just right. So to cope with someone doing wrong to him he copes by destroying his own body instead of improving it? That is actually the worst logic I’ve heard and he’s just using that as an excuse for a lack of control. I was skinny shaped to going to the gym, it’s great. My girlfriend was once fat, she would “stress eat” which meant she stopped caring and just decided to eat. They need to learn a better coping mechanism (thank goodness my girlfriend did and she’s actually loosing weight).

Like you could go anywhere and hand out fliers (once I get to my natty limit I might do that. Get a booth at a flee market and count it as my public service). But honestly dude tell a girl you won’t date her unless she is at a certain weight, and justify it with the correlation between obese children and obese parents (parents teach it to kids or don’t do anything about it). All of a sudden it’s reasonable because you’re protecting your future kids. Then harass her if she gets over weight and bring her to the gym. If it comes down to it stop interacting with her until she looses weight. You have to make it clear obesity isn’t acceptable (however not going to the gym is acceptable, however it’s not preferred). And make it clear to a skinny woman to make sure she doesn’t get fat
