Can i build muscle mass by just doing high rep push ups, pull ups and squats?
I-Is that a...female girl?
London?
imagine rubbing her
Yes, but you gotta increase the volume each time, either doing more reps ou the same in less time/less rest
yes but it's really hard and really burns
you literally would have to do something in the 300 reps if you want size with calisthenics rather than just lifting for 5 to 10 times with weights
Yes, but like 5000 of each exercise
What about 6 sets of 16-20?
Yes, to a certain point. After a while you will need to start adding weight to it. Put plates on your back, add resistance bands, etc. You will have a really hard time finding someone with an impressively large chest that ONLY does pushups. Pullups are solid, but you will want to add weight to them after a while too. Body weight squats will do next to nothing compared to barbell squats. Do goblet squats if you can, but it's still no real substitute.
You won't build any impressive amount of muscle that way, but it's better than doing nothing. And if you stick to that rep and set scheme, you will pretty much never progress
