What. You need normal salt and baking soda which is common everywhere. It's just potassium that may be hard to find but try looking for "no salt" online, it's a brand of potassium. Just a little warning, snake juice tastes absolutely shit

I'm just doing a 1000kcal a day diet. Did one last year and dropped 20kg in four months, though I admittedly ended up cheating a bit during the last two months, and even took 10 days off, because I was feeling like shit. Most of the weight I lost in the first two months.

Been back on it now for almost 7 weeks, with the occasional 2000kcal day (about once per 7-10 days) when the fatigue and hunger gets too bad. I'm surprised how much muscle mass I've been able to maintain, and I've only dipped slightly in strength.

I'm doing exactly this. I've done several water-only fasts of around 3 weeks, and since the gyms are closed I may as well be doing another one.

No snake juice or anything besides distilled water. I get that some people need to suppliment but I never had a problem. No hunger after the first 2 days or so, its easy once you get over the psychological hump. I'm losing about 1.5 lbs per day.
