I'm making progress on all my other lifts and I do pullups every day I lift but can still only do 2 at a time, what do i do frens
has anyone tried something like pic related but for pull ups?
currently have no way of doing them since my building's gym got closed down due to corona
Playgrounds closed today. I have to go to the woods to find a suitable branch or something now.
Literally do pullups everyday. Get a doorframe bar and but it in your bathroom or something so everytime you need to piss you do pullups. Do negative's. Squeeze the bar and lift with intensity. Go in with the mindset your first one is your 11th one.
