So I’m unironically trying to lose weight to be more attractive to other men. How does this routine look for a 5’10 young man:

>2000 cals a day
>2-4 mile walk every day
>3x a week doing 100 push ups and 100 bodyweight squats

So far I’ve dropped from 153 to 151.6 in a week. I’m hoping to hit 144 by the end of next month. Also how much protein should I eat?
