I have about 16 bottles of supplements and dont feel like listing them all. I take about 35 pills a day.
I was taking Zinc for a while but my multivitamin already has a decent amount and I didn't want to take too much. Don't you need to take a copper supplement as well if you're taking high doses of Zinc?

the zinc in the multi i had was very small, plus studies say the dosages in multi is not as effective so i stopped. I currently take 50mg zinc

Ill try my armpits as well. Thinnest skin on body (affects absorption) aside from balls. Im not fucking with my eyelids though. Ill also order some straight liquid vit D IUs to see if it's just the vit D working its magic or smth else as well. Either way, oral supplementation does not give this instant boost.
