Home gym not possible because I live in inner city flat. I can do push ups, pull ups and single leg squats but what do I do for deadlift?

I want to preserve my total as much as possible.

considering panic buying a barbell and ~550 lbs or so. Any homegym fags have any advice? York Barbell has a 300 lb set for $270 then I can grab 300 or so in 55 lb bumper plates.

depends on the size. The 100 kg one I'll probably lift to shoulder then drop, maybedo like RDLs with it also. Works grip really nice. The others I'll press overhead or front raise and goblet squat.

but I just talked to my gym owner and he said nothing short of the state inspector taking him to jail will close the gym to members (we have keys).

post your lockdown routine for comparison sake. here is what I will be doing:

150x pull-ups, total reps over the entire day, usually sets of 5 alternating supinated and pronated grip, every day +10

hindu squats aka bethaks 125x, one set, 125 is the starting point followed by -25 reps the next day and +50 the day after and then this scheme is repeated

push-ups using the method described by charles bronson (the prisoner, not the actor), namely: starting with 10 reps and then descending in sets to 9, 8, etc. up to 1, then up the ladder back 10, walking back and forth is the only rest between sets, progression works by starting with 11 reps the next day, then 12 and so on

also trying to get the flexibility for neck/back bridges by attempting wall walking, but its not looking good
