working legs is a waste. lets say for example that you can only put at absolute max 100g of muscle on in a week. why allocate those 100 grams for your entire body when you could allocate all of it for only your upper body? you're literally sacrificing upper body gains for gains on your legs. nobody cares how big your legs are lmao

1. 1/2/3/4 and 2/3/4/5 are goals everyone should aspire to and they require good leg strength
2. from a functional standpoint you will use your legs waaaay more than you use your arms over the course of your active life

5. gloots for the sloots my man. i know you're asking about legs in general, but glutes are their own special category. idk if you're into the whole lifting for grills thing but if you are then start seriously working your glutes and just see what happens. men aren't the only ones obsessed with ass, women value a sizable, fit, and shapely ass literally just as much as men do. when i was working my way up to a 4pl8 squat i was squatting 3 days a week and doing heavy hip thrusts the other 2. my glutes exploded over the course of a few months and women noticed. every once in a while i would be talking to a woman and my physique/workout routine would come up and they'd mention that i have an excellent ass. a girl i took home one night flat out told me "honestly the only reason i fucked you was because was to see your ass".

To add on to this I don't really squat/deadlift/etc for legs to improve martial arts performance. More like endurance and calisthenic exercises for legs. Only like high-rep goblet squats/lunges with weights.

Balance. Depends on how big you're getting but for me I want to feel solid throughout. Strong legs are great, and in my experience girls love seeing a guy with a good ass and strong legs.

The jeans are too loose and too long. Thats relaxed fit. Athletic fit isnt bad if you fill out the thighs. Shins will always be loose and floppy. I have thick legs so I usually get athletic jeans, otherwise my balls get squished. Thinking about getting them tailored to taper them at the bottom. Below the knee is too wide.
