looking at my food stockpile and protein powder, i'm realizing there's no way that i can hit my protein macros for the entire time i'll be under lockdown. what should i do to preserve the most muscle? add a rest day?

Now that that's out of the way, I guess I'll have to resort to bodyweight workouts multiple times a day. Hopefully that helps me in saving my lifts from dropping too low after 20 days of no gym.
I've got 5,10 and 15 kg dumbbells so that should probably suffice.
If anyones got some sort of solid plan for bw and dumbbells help a nigga out.

hits different muscles to a different degree.

diamonds hit triceps more, regular (medium width, elbows still tight) hits chest a little more, but still heavy on tris, while wide position moves it more to your chest overall.

Any recs for home gym equipment in Canada? The stuff at Canadian Tire and Walmart is shitty, I just want a minimal setup. I guess

Most of the people you see posting home gyms didn’t just go out and spend $2000 on work out equipment, they accumulated it over a period of months or years. Just go buy some dumbbells and a pull up bar, you have to start somewhere.
