You have a normal American body. That looks like you've retained a great deal of visceral fat, and you need to cut. I recommend 1500 calories a day, lift in the morning, and run at night, three times a week.

Cut sugar, carbs, and excessive dairy from your diet. It's unclear how much of your weight is from bloating. Either keto or carnivore diet would be good for you; it'll make working out harder without your glucose, but excessive glucose is probably what got you into this mess.

Your priority is absolutely not building muscle at this point in time. I have no idea how this is your body after 2 years because I've been training about 8 months, and I started with a stomach similar to yours that's now just on the threshold of becoming a 4 pack.

I know 1500 calories doesn't seem like a lot, but only cutting 500 calories from your diet seems too fucking slow. Make sure you're doing high intensity cardio, .i.e., run harder / faster for a shorter time period than longer / slower. Also practice intermittent fasting; eat your entire days meals in a window of 4 hours every day, and then only drink black coffee with no sugar the rest of the day if you feel hungry.

yes I have always been skinnyfat. 10kg? but that is a lot of weight. The most I ever weighed was 84 kg in Christmas 2018, now i am like 76 kg. I am around 1.75 yes.

My diet is mainly milk, eggs, bananas, apples and oranges. that is the core of it. The rest is occasional whole bread with kraut, sometimes pasta with fatty sauce, and fat cheese. I eat usually only 2 strong meals a day, plus the milk in between.

DING DING!! absolutely, I believe it does. I am trying to reduce my bodyweight, but Yas Forums advice to dodge carbs is not quite working. WHen I was smaller i had less back pain.

I eat mostly raw. sometimes I boil the eggs, but other times I just mix them with bananas and drink it all raw. Sometimes with a bit of milk to make it more "round". Occasionally some pasta and rice, but rarely. A lot of fruit, bananas oranges and apples. And kraut, lots of kraut, raw. Meat I eat very rarely too. Cheese I do eat regularly but an okay amount

I do handstand pushups, full pullups, leg raises, squats with 12 kg, calf raises, bridges, sprints, and lots of decline pushups. I do use kettlebells some times a week, swings and catches
I train 3 or 4 days a week, and in these days I train 2 or more of the aforementioned exercises

Number and to some extent distribution of fat cells is mostly determined in your youth. Skinny kids should on average store less fat subcutaneously. I have a similar body type (and was a malnourished child), my fattest looks quite a bit like OP but subcutaneous fat is so low I usually can still see some abs. My body just refuses to store any in arms or legs or under the skin.

I'm 181cm and I look like you at 80ish kg. I have a flat stomach at 70kg, so I'm kinda extrapolating to your height. You should really track your calories carefully to see how much are you really eating and try to diet down. 5kg, 10kg, just diet down until your gut shrinks. Milk and cheese are very calorie dense, 1l milk + some cheese is easily 1000cal.
It's possible but unlikely that you're lactose intolerant and that causes additional bloat. Do you have any meds that might fuck with your liver? It's far more likely that you're just fat and your body stores it like a beer gut and the only solution is to lose weight.

OP, so the thing about fruit is that it's basically just sugar. It really doesn't matter that much if it's natural sugar. Fruit provides some vitamins and minerals, but it's nutritionally shit. It's junk food, even if it is natural.
