Yeah, it's called 50+lbs of gear. I grew up shooting and don't miss ever. In my first couple years in the Army I couldn't hit a damn thing. Then I got accustomed to all the heavy shit I was wearing and was a good shot again. I had something like 60% more muscle fiber than women before I gained 30lbs to adapt to the gear and there's also my bone density and connective tissue strength.
Women do not belong in a fight unless there is no other option.

You're also forgetting the impact they have on their male comerades. Men have a biological imperative to protect women, which leads to male soldiers prioritising this over the actual mission. It's not even so much their physical abilities but the repercussions that having women in the environment causes on the other soldiers. They did studies on training exercises with male only, female only and mixed gender units and found that all males performed best, all females performed second best and believe it or not the mixed gender units performed worst of all
