I am an user in need of desperate help. My 9/10 girlfriend just sent me the attached text message. I am 30 years old, 5'9" and 261 lbs.

When i met her, I was 27 years old. 5'9" and 227 lbs on tren and test.

When I was 21 years old, I was 300 lbs. I lost 120 lbs in 9 months to join the military. I did this through a combination of low carb and cardio (jogging 5 miles a day) and did not start lifting until I hit my goal weight of 180 lbs. It was easy to do this, because I worked a 40 hour work week. Now my work week is 60-90 hours (i also make 150k now) but I genuinely can not dedicate more than 30-45 minutes a day to exercise. I used to love to exercise and finished a marathon in 2015. Just look at me now.

Here is what I need, /fit. What EXACT diet and exercise plan should I follow to be able to get to 180 by EOY. Thats 80 lbs in 10.5 months. Easily doable. I lost 120 in 9 prior, but I dont think I used food and alcohol nearly as much as a coping mechanism then as I do now.

Eat 1200-1500 calories a day, if you aren’t losing 10lbs a month (not counting the easy first month) a just your intake. Count every calorie you eat and weigh it in grams. If you can, no bad guessing. No salad dressing, fat etc. if you do this you will 100% guaranteed lose the weight this year. It doesn’t matter what you eat, calories are all you need to focus on, other factors should never override the calorie count.

I’ve had massive success with Intermittent Fasting, specifically OMAD. Basically just don’t eat anything the whole day until your one meal where you eat slowly until you’re full and not any more than that. Try to make it a balanced and filling meal, and drink a lot of water. Besides that, do a lot of cardio to supplement it, but the fact that you’ll be expending a regular caloric output and I taking in as little a caloric amount as possible should do the trick.
