Prob squats. I always hated them and still think they’re a huge waste of time to build legs. Unless you’re a power lifter just do hack squats and deep leg press.
My best squat was a legit 475 but I don’t even do them now.
I have a hard time with OHP too. I don’t do it standing very much on account of it tends to aggravate my lowback but I did 225x6 seated (bar to my chin) a week ago.

I am currently OHP 150 lbs, but my bench is only 185 lbs and squats are 225. I refuse to deadlift above 225 too.

I was able to push OHP 10 pound increments each session while making noob gains
