for assisted squats i've used the bathroom sink. does depend how heavy you are and how strong your sink is, though. don't want to rip that shit out. doorframes can work too if they're wide enough and you can get a good grip. here's a pic that summarises convict conditioning, most of these don't need any equipment, the rest is usually pretty easy to improvise with some creativity.

Forgive me father. Yesterday i ate a gigantic deep fried veal monstrosity sandwich as well as a slice of ice cream cake for my aunt's birthday party. I am not too broken up about it because i figure considering i only ate 700 calories before, even if that came to 2000 calories i am only 700 over tdee, which i will make up for with less than 2 days of cutting. Still kinda bums me out but its a slight speedbump. On the plus side all my family there were complementing me on my weight loss and it made me feel really good.

It's 13:40 I finish gym at around 12:00 usually That whole plate was about 800 kcals I had 2 scoops of whey with water right after gym and I'll have 2 more scoops of whey in about an hour
Technically not OMAD, but my whey has like 1 carb and 1 fat a scoop
Total for the day will be about 1100-1200
In contract for the past 4 days I had ground beef, 10%, instead of chicken so my totals were right at 1500-1600
Also today was a bit of lifting and a 8km row instead of a heavy weight session, so eating less is still permissible
Tomorrow it's a heavy shoulder/tris day so I'll be adding in another 2-300 kcals with about 30g of protein within.

buy a bigger pan, fuck, buy precut veggies if you're that fucking lazy. frozen pea/carrot/green bean mix, bam. shits usually best frozen, no lie, because they freeze it at the height of ripeness and typically nutrition, as it has ripened naturally and with nutrients vs ethylene during transport of "fresh" veggies.

I have about 3-4 mixes I cycle through, but I never do more than 150-200g of it in a single meal because I need the calorie headroom for protein and my actual stomach has shrunk enough that I feel full enough without much food volume.
Been "dieting" and exercising the last few months and have lost 15kg but I recently started counting my calories to lose the extra 5-7kg to get too my goal weight. The problem is I've been getting light headed quite often when standing up the last week which is new. Should I increase my calorie intake or start having more sugar? Might even see a doctor but had a routine blood test done and a general checkup recently and everything was fine.
Stats are:
172cm 82kg Calories per day I'm eating is 1625cal - 1700cal Dumbbell PPL 6 days a week with 2 days per week interval walking/jogging.
Thought about upping my calorie intake to 2000cal - 2200cal.

I was planning to just get a 1200 calorie sushi box for the whole day but the fuckers gifted me another 600 calorie one which sent me to 1970 calories instead of my target 1350. My TDEE is around 2650 but I cut like a retard and when i eat 3x200mg of caffeine a day I can function ezpz. I fucked myself over with some peanuts today (wasted 400 calories on it). And i nabbed a small piece of bread and 1 little piece of chocolate in the middle of the night. I'm at 1200 calories right now so I'll nab 2 eggs and call it a day. Todays nutrition stats. 73g protein (I know it's low :\, might just down like 5 egg whites instead of 2 soft boiled eggs tonight) 100g carbs (from 300g of green beans I ate, with some salt and vinegar, 42g of carbs come from the instant noodles I ate at work) 30g sugar (9g from that stupid chocolate fuck my stupid ass) 78g fat (from the peanuts, vanilla flavored quark cheese, and premade insalatissime mexican tuna salad) as a side note, is the fatty contest still alive? I went from 250 lbs to 198 lbs and back to 225 lbs now down to 220lbs and dropping.
