In my late 20's, recently stopped eating pre cooked zog foods, hot pockets, packaged ramen etc. start to drink water amd eat fruits, clementines, apples along with a bit of baked beans, had some meat last night.

Body feels fucked up now, weird kindey shake was going on, got worried, my gut bacteria is probably revolting against me, thankfully it's going away now. Started walking for a hour or so a day, no gym near me anymore, it closed down.

How do I keep moving foward /sig/? I want to around for my kid. 270 pounds isn't good and I gotta lose it for him and my wife.

Decent start user. Try finding some used weights online, in my late 20's aswell and started a few months ago. You won't lose alot of weight by just walking and drinking water.

Also it sounds like your body isn't used to healthy foods at all, vegans have that kind of shit happen when they eat meat aswell.

Eat nuts, fruits and meat but not alot, I know some user around here probably has a guide for guys like you. I don't sadly.

is your wife overweight as well? if so then be careful and ensure that she doesnt sabotage your gains. ive seen this shit with my own eyes. if you are bettering yourself while she is not then she will intentionally/subconsciously try to thwart your attractiveness in fear of losing you.

I'll probably get some blueberries soon, they have alot of health benifits and actually taste great from what I remember as a kid.

yes if you're lifting. there's no way you're getting enough protein. you will lose muscle and are likely to have an injury.

Your body will act weird for the first month of your diet at the minimum user, don't get spooked. I had a similar experince to yours years ago. Even crappd a bit of blood, if you haven't eaten healthy in a while as you say your body is already trying to detox, you should in the beginning expect to either shit a lot or get constipated, bloat, put on water weight, maybe even puke a bit depending on how your body decides to punish you from taking away the zog food.

Yea it can happen, you can put stress on your kindeys at first as well since they aren't used to your new routine. If you get a funny shake in your side at some point it's due to the sudden changes your making.
