skelly here, please no bully it's hard, 3 months using just 5kg dumbbells and doing planks/pushups at home, about to start an actual routine now that I kinda built a little bit strength out of my weakened state

5'7, 135 to 155 to 143 in the span of 6 months. Did I gain muscle or is it just the lighting?

You look lower BF% in the third pic than the first pic, despite being 8lbs heavier. That would indicate muscle growth, yeah. But the first pic is pretty low quality, so I can't exactly tell that easily.

you have godlike hang genetics, you look like you could crush fucking rocks with them

yeah you just gotta make sure you don't cheat on your exercises, that you stick to it and that you eat your proteins, also don't get discouraged if you don't immediately see the results, it took a while before I could see some initial muscle outline, but when you do it's the best feeling in the world

How much body weight did you lose between the two? I want to lose about that much myself.

You are doing fucking great mate. Skelli too here on my first month so no visible progress yet. What's your caloric surplus and how many weight have you gained? I got 2.5kg on 2 weeks and I'm worried it's too much fat

I've only really done body weight in my life, I've been thinking about getting into lifting a bit just to add some mass.
