hey guys, my buddy who is a competitive bodybuilder always criticizes me for hogging the squat rack. i offer a work in to anyone that's interested as long as they help pull and put plates on back. i only take about 40 minutes or an hour. he says i shouldn't be taking up the squat rack because i don't compete in powerlifting (not yet) even though i'm not a powerlifter but a weightlifter. is his logic correct? am i in the wrong? i only take up the rack for a long time for volume work once a week. ps 2RM is 180kg in case that makes my using the rack pointless. also, he does bent over rows from the safety pins on the rack, lmao.
