My theory about balding is that it has to do with digestion and the gases that's in your stomach. I have a little bald spot on the top of my head and this week I 'm starting a diet consisting of foods that don't produce a lot of gas like Green beans, Rice and Greens. along with taking water pills to help drive out additional gases. I'm cutting back on foods like dairy, coffee, beans and Cruciferous vegetables like cabbage and broccoli which surprisingly I found produces gas as well as mucus. Food after it's digested produces gases like methane and carbon dioxide which I think rises out of your stomach and into the top of your head but it's just a personal theory.
