This, unironically. I'm 29, gf is 21.
Aging is a multimodal process, and lifting only addresses a strength component. Nutrition, sleep, stability, sociability are others.

dry fast, diet low in calories and low in protein (protein ages you faster)
exercise vigorously
cold temperature
sleep well
dry fasting will age you horrendously due to the stress it puts on every system in your body. This is quite literally the worst advice.
It's been shown that a lifetime of caloric restriction will slow aging in cells. That plus avoid sun, alcohol, etc.
You will increase aging by lifting moron. You use energy, eat more, ans kill yourself faster.
Are you retarded?
Unironically start fasting and use face cream/ avoid sun
Are you?
Why do you think using more energy/eating more will not age you?
Deluded brainwashed son of a whore.
That’s not how biology works, you fucking retard. Unironically end your life.
Not him but it literally is. Look into studies on caloric restriction vs lifespan.
>a cohort of grey mouse lemurs (Microcebus murinus, lemurid primate) exposed to a chronic moderate (30%) caloric restriction. Compared to control animals, caloric restriction extended lifespan by 50% (from 6.4 to 9.6 years, median survival), reduced aging-associated diseases and preserved loss of brain white matter in several brain regions. However, caloric restriction accelerated loss of grey matter throughout much of the cerebrum. Cognitive and behavioural performances were, however, not modulated by caloric restriction. Thus chronic moderate caloric restriction can extend lifespan and enhance health of a primate, but it affects brain grey matter integrity without affecting cognitive performances.
>protein ages you faster
nice broscience
pic related, what happens on a low protein diet
can I make my dick look younger than my age?
>but it affects brain grey matter integrity without affecting cognitive performances.
im not english, can someone explain this? is the study saying that there is significant loss of grey brain matter, but that there is no cognitive decline?
i thought the brain needed energy to function?
look up mTOR activity for the actual science behind what he said
>im not english, can someone explain this? is the study saying that there is significant loss of grey brain matter, but that there is no cognitive decline?
yes
>i thought the brain needed energy to function?
yes
Probably just means your mind becomes more efficient.
You can have almost no brain and still have good cognitive function btw.
google.com
protein and sugar age you.
you need high raw animal fat moderate protein no carbs.
just nofap, apprently it gives you a load of magical abilities, I'm fairly sure immortality is one of them
Same, but I'm 27 and shes 18
How'd you do it user? I'm 24 and want an 18-20yo gf
Met her on a dating site, we hit it off pretty good because we had similar core values and interests. Overall, we were just a good match. I wasn't too worried about her age. She was honestly a bit young for me, usually I don't go much younger than 5 years. But I made an exception for her and so far it's worked out well. At times, her immaturity can get on my nerves though.
Yes

I'm sorry but you must be mentally retarded if you like having conversations with an 18-year-old
Did you lie about your age in the settings or did she have tinder set to include your age?
it's the best of a bad situation bro, talking with 28 year olds is even worse, they're just as delusional only even more high and mighty despite no grounds for it
Nope, put my actual age. Site was Bumble instead of Tinder though. Tinder is largely shit where I live.
Believe it or not, not every 18 year old is incredibly vapid. We balance each other pretty well. I'm more of a math and science guy while she knows a lot more about history, literature, and the arts than I do. She's given me some really solid recommendations on books to read and I've learned a fair bit about history and art from her as well that I wouldn't have known otherwise due to it not being my area of specialization. The only real problem with her age is her lack of life experience and that she's impulsive with her spending. Although I know women in their 30s that also are completely horrible with their finances.
Don't listen to him, good luck with your relationship user. I hope I can meet a girl like that. Maybe I'll give Bumble a chance with some better pics.
googled it's bullshit
Oh you dog, this is my goal when im that age
It's better than nothing, I guess, though eating healthy is better than anything. I know someone getting botox at 30, shit's nuts.

Can I ask you how you accomplished such a feat
hello based department
a-are you rich?
90% of anti aging is around diet, 10% around exercise.
there is no science that shows a high protein diet ages you actually, which is why no one actually says a high protein diet ages you except retarded doctors and vegans
no
almost every single westerner is deficient in glycine and other key amino acids in order to keep their bones, skin and tendons in shape.
30 and dating a 22 year old, right there with you buddy.
I'm 36 she's 16 (legal in my state).
Tom Brady diet.
90% plants, 10% animal products. No dairy, no gluten, no coffee.
Tom Brady literally doesn't age. His diet sucks, but if you do it for a few weeks you get used to it.
>tfw 35 year old khv and reading these posts about guys dating younger girls
why can't this be me?
How are you guys doing it? Online mostly? I'm here fucking terrified that it will ne impossible by the time I'm 25
lol I'm joking. I'm 36 and just got seperated, I had an FWB who was 24, a gf who is 25 and another who should be a long term gf who is 27. Yeah online dating. Tinder. A lot of them are either indifferent to age or turned on by it. I try to date women in their 30's but they want something super serious and are worried that I wont' commit. or that I have sugar babies.
Nope. I make like 40k a year
she looked atrocious at 23 so it's not surprising she looks like that at 38
I'm pretty jealous, I'm the 24yo and make 70k so I guess it's safe to say I should be working on other aspects then.
Are you handsome, ripped, funny, or just kinda got lucky?
I'd consider myself handsome and kinda funny. I'm definitely not ripped, but I'm not fat either. I'm kinda just average. I just guess I was what she was looking for. I've never really had too much issue with getting dates or anything though. In my experience, being ripped isn't the top priority most decent women have on their list for what they want in a man.
>hair plugs
Full head of hair keeps you looking young as well
Ok, just impressed because I always figured it would be a lot harder to land an 18 year old than a girl your age.
I barely socialize so I have no clue
I can't really say if it was any easier or harder as this is the largest age gap I've ever had in a relationship, but in this case it wasn't any different than landing a girl my own age. She shot me the first message and I kinda just started asking her about her hobbies and interests and then used those as conversation starters until I got her number and actually took her out on a date. It was around Halloween at the time and our state fair was in town so I just asked her if she wanted to go to the fair with me and that pretty much sealed the deal.
Youre on Yas Forums already. You know how to eat, how to work out. Do it. Lose weight. Eat right. Take care of yourself. Buy a hooker. Then go outside to increase the likelihood of serendipitous moments
on the contrary, you'll get more wrinkles doing all those facial expressions when liftin heavy.
Not trying to be a dick but I am curious. What do you have in common with someone that just graduated highschool and has virtually no life experience?
I ask this because a friend of mine who's 22(maybe 23, cant remember), starting dating 16yr(17 now). All she had to contribute to conversations was high school gossip. They had to leave a party because his friend(the host) was not comfortable having a teenager there drinking.
We like the same music and types of shows. Have similar religious and political beliefs. Both wanted something more serious and less based around sex or partying. Neither of us are really into partying desu. She's not really into lifting the way that I am, but she's into general fitness. Initially, we spent large amounts of our time just talking about varying artists like Van Gogh (which apparently I'd been pronouncing incorrectly for my entire life until she corrected me, despite him being one of my favorite artists). We both game so we would talk about new games we had played recently as well. She's studying nursing as well and I have an interest in biology, chemisty, and stuff like that so we talk a good bit about what she's learning.
Honestly, its largely the same shit I'd talk with anyone else about. Although due to her being a zoomer she does share a lot of tiktok memes with me.
Largely, we just bond over similar interests and tastes in art, literature, music, and hobbies. Having similar values and beliefs helped move things in the right direction too. I'm glad she's not the gossipy type because that would frankly get on my fucking nerves.
Although I'll add that I have gotten her into lifting, so she often does a beginner strength building routine before or after her cardio when we go to the gym together. I think she only really does it though because I enjoy it so she wants something else we can do together.
You're a lucky guy user, this is basically exactly what I want. I stayed away from dating apps because I thought it would be all sluts.
They're sprinkled in there thats for sure. It's hit or miss, you have to filter through the bullshit to find the good ones. But they are out there.
Did you put on your bio that you only want something serious?
No. I honestly didn't put anything in my bio beyond a couple of my interests to help give people something to talk about. I figured I'd feel out the conversation before deciding what I wanted from the relationship. After a couple dates an a few weeks of talking back and forth I usually know if it's something I can see lasting for me, someone I'd just keep as a friend, or someone I'd drop like a hot potato.
