Deloaded because I had to work on my form. Still am so im going low weight. I really cannot comprehend why exercises like deadlift and barbell row are recommended for beginners, ive been doing SS5x5 for about 7 months and I still don't know how to do them. Just recently changed to a PPL to fix my shitty arms.

Squat: 285 Pounds
Bench Press: 205
OHP: 115

SS is shit for beginners, doing a PPL will help you balance. Add extra arm exercises to every pusp or pull day to make sure you stop looking like a fool

Mirin'
How long have you been lifting?

Attached: IMG_20200305_140318.png (1080x1634, 527.58K)

this is at 79 kg. I only started doing deadlifts a couple months ago, I think I have one of the highest OHPs in my gym

less than 25 replies and we have a retard award already

1.5 years of lifting

245 bench
415 squat
520 deadlift
175 OHP

no one ever actually talks in these threads, they just post and leave or expect compliments so i'll rate all the ones posted thus far
this is me after 4 months of lifting, bulked from 60kg 5'8
wanted 80kg bench x 5, 120kg deadlift x 5, 50kg OHP x 5 and 100kg squat for x 5 before cutting back on the calories but I only achieved the OHP so far, I have until the end of the month to hit my goal
deadlift and bench seem low but I don't know your weight or time lifting
nice, OHP is a bit low though no?
nice
getting there
good for 2 months
also good for 2 months
no idea why you have 10kg on the other guys OHP and he has 25kg on his deadlift though, is one of you 6'1 and the other 5'8?

Every day we have a PPLtard posting about his sub 1/2/3/4 lifts after 2 years of lifting

Good lifts man. I'm the one with the 50kgx3 OHP. I'm 5'7.

I would rather look good than have a strong squat

5'7 manlet, 74 kg
Squat 110kg 1Rm
Deadlift 125kg 3x3
Bench 97kg 3x3
Ohp 60kg 3x3
Row 85 3x3
Pull-up 3x10 5 kg added
Dips 3x10 9kg added
Stalled on bench and ohp for the moment, the rest is progressing almost linearly, squat is my weakest lift because I don't even know the reason, I just find them very difficult, but I'm somewhat progressing regularly.

Symmetry score 100?

HOW DO YOU LOOK LIKE THAT??
If those are your lifts and that's what you look like imma start gear right now

Might as well. I might start soon too

86, squat jumped out too far ahead this past month and my presses need to catch up

I'm 5'10 maybe a bit more but who cares
Have pretty long limbs and a short torso. Could explain the difference in Deadlift and especially bench. I'm talling hard on bench atm.

Really based bro, keep it up

178cm
5'10

3 years gym
~1.5 years actually lifting

Fullbody + arm/neck/calf day

Last week, with the addition of a new squat and deadlift max, I finally achieved my long term goal of being golden

Extensive nervous system training as opposed to muscles.
I was a D1 thrower

Height/weight?

185ish pounds
5'11 manlet

That's one hell of a pendlay row

How is your squat so relatively good and your bench so shit? Please post body. For science

why yes I completely neglect squat and DL, how could you tell?

Attached: ss.jpg (1175x900, 83.1K)

6'0" 175 lbs

Back Squat: 235 6 x 3
Front Squat: 210 5 x 3
RDL: 195 8 x 3
Bench: 120 6 x 3
OHP: 75 x 6
Pendlay Row: 95 x 8

I've been following a novice full body program (Fierce 5) for about 4 months now and I feel like I'm starting to plateau on Front Squats while still feeling pretty comfortable on Back Squats ATM. I do think I'll start to plateau at ~250 lbs though.

My program recommends going to an Intermediate Upper/Lower 4 day at that point, but my upper body is obviously lacking.

Should I stick with the three day until my upper body catches up or will doing an Upper/Lower help me get there sooner?

Attached: Screenshot_20200306-115702.png (1574x2048, 1.22M)

If 3 days a week is going well for you try a PPL program. It let's you fatigue each muscle group a bit better and you'll make some good progress. I've made all my best progress on 6 and 7 day PPL programs.

5'7"
160lbs

did a 1201 lb total at my last meet, so this aint too far off.

Attached: ss.png (779x913, 253.19K)

Good work brother
What kind of program do you run?

Recent lifts:
255x5 front squat
205x5 incline bench
185x5 rows
bodyweight 175

Only do those three lifts, twodays a week. Have been back in the gym for 4 days after 2 months off.

your bench is maybe 220 with that twink body, you are full of shit. 1/10 for making me reply

nothing special, just a 3x week push/pull with accessories. Heavy triples and singles on SBD, worked on weak points. Did a 3 week peak going into the meet.

Biggest thing to do when prepping for a meet is neuromuscular conditioning and staying injury free.

6'4 215 poverty bench reporting
>175/255 (comp pause)/455/500
1210 total at a recent meet, which was my first

Jealous of the power to weight, nice total
Just go on a powerlifting program, texas 4 day or some shit
Golden symmetry god
