It's kind of like a self-help book. It's oddly prophetic for a book written in the early 1926 though. Like, Collier predicts (with no cloudy language, mind you) that the internet will come about and we'll be able to transmit information electronically, in such a way that you can see the face of somebody the world over and carry out a conversation like they were right there. He predicts fracking as a means to extract resources (even using the word 'fracking' explicitly) and generally gives a lot of useful advice. He was a priest in training who decided at basically the last minute that he didn't want to be a priest and instead decided to be a businessman, and applied some of the stuff he learned studying to be a priest, and made millions. Then he wrote books about how he went on to make millions and people read them and made millions, and then also wrote books about how they made millions.
