Isn't he a bit too strong?
Isn't he a bit too strong?
He already got nerfed you coward.
hes kinda dumb but idk how he does against charcters that can low profile a lot
not at all
he can dish out some serious damage but his lows are incredibly weak, I feel, and it's hard to set up for his hellsweep mixup because people are more likely to press buttons the longer you do nothing
Not really. Lacks safe productive mids, lacks a good high crush option. A decent Steve could eat him alive.
his neutral 3 is a good mid poke for its range and up close b4, 3 works well
3+4 would be better if it were faster but that'd be too powerful
As for high crush his only real option is d3+4. it works but everyone calls it a jab parry but it visually looks nothing like a parry
I think his b3+4 needs a wider parry window
He is so stupid looking
He's got a really good pressure game but he seems weak to ducking.
hwonigger deserved it
He has glaring issues but that doesnt matter when you can get fuck ton of damage from launchers that aren't launch punishable. It's not like he has bad lows either, just lacks crush wise.
Didn't know Tekken did a Last of Us crossover
Dude looks like he is straight out of Baki.
his hitbox/hurtbox are fucked up
I haven't even played since Leroy dropped. Did some crazy shit happen?
Can you guys stop with The Last of Us 2 threads already?
I think they should swap the frame advantages of his b1 and ff1+2
it'd make more since for ff1+2 to be -15 and b1 to be -14
literally every bamco's DLC characters are all broken on released across all three of their fightans with leroy GTgoku Cassandra,Amy
I think its their business strategy for the year
I haven't for 2 years. I've been having an itch to get back into it, but i'm worried i'll just get destroyed by the current player base without much room to improve. Before I stopped I as a green rank shitter at fighter or something with Yoshi and Drag.
How diverse is the PC population nowadays?
It's diverse enough that you hardly see character repeats enough for it to be annoying
There was, however, one day a couple weeks ago where I simply could not get matched with someone who wasn't playing Fahkumram and that was genuinely annoying
Overall though, PC is pretty diverse
still haven't seen a Gigas since the update, though
>spoiler
what happened
His wonky hitboxes are the main issue with him at the moment, probably top 10 characters in the game but not top 5 (off the top of my head Akuma, Kazumi, Shaheen, Law and King are noticeably stronger overall than him)
>literally every bamco's DLC characters are all broken on released
Half of Season 2's characters weren't broken at all
they buffed him pretty well but still nobody plays him
>Amy
I should have clarified, hows the player skill diversity? Are most of the people still playing gods at their craft or are there still mediocre lower rank player running around? I know most everyone will be better than me if I start again, but I wonder if i'd be able to play people more towards my level while I build myself back up.
>buffed my main
god damn. if only i didn't get 3 bars every match i would be playing again
>launchers that aren't launch punishable
Most of the roster have hopkicks and df2s that are -13 at worst. If anything Fahkumram's launchers are more launch punishable, his df2 is a mid high string that can get ducked and launched.
There's significantly more lower ranks out and about in quick play now but I think the average rank you'll see is Juggernaut to Savior with the occasional Red and up
Skill wise it's hard to tell. I've fought Divine and Eternal rulers that played worse than some Saviors
Mind you, my rank with Fahkumram is Vanquisher because my main is at Genbu
How is Marduk these days? I only played a bit during the start of s2 and just got by doing one combo off CH ff32 since people online just love to press buttons.
Kek
>pressure strings that have a million different options
>feel like you're guessing non stop on defense vs Fahk, even worse than hwo
>excellent movement despite being a large character
At least hwo has a pattern for transitioning into his mixup stance with the low-high and has to rely on conditioning and creativity once the jig is up. Fahk can just shit out attacks and go into whatever without you being able to tell what he's doing thanks to the speed of the animations, with the exception of guard break.
