Literally the whole point of the game is that reality is whatever you want it to be, and some guy finds out a way to LITERALLY BRING PEOPLE BACK TO LIFE and make everything perfect, but Joker and Akechi say no. That first week with you going around to your friends and reminding them of how shitty their lives were is fucked up

I was surprised by how much I liked Royal, I liked the original a lot too, but I didn't expect Royal to elevate my opinion of it so much. It's definitely been elevated to a contender for my favorite MegaTen game, even if there were still a few issues I had.
I will say, and I know this is wishful thinking on my part, but I hope they don't milk it too much more. I'd like to see P5U, and I expect they'll probably make whatever P5AG is and I imagine it'll follow up on the stuff in P5R about Joker and Akechi concluding their duel, but I'd rather they let it be at that. I've long been tired of the P3 cast, I came to get prettty sick of P4 spinoffs too, and I'd rather not get to that point with P5's, seeing as I'm not there yet.

At this point their next step might literally be a P5 sequel. The sheer difference between how P5 and Royal have done saleswise compared not only to the rest of Atlus' games, even spinoffs with P5 branding, but SEGA's other properties in general, there might literally be another game with a new cast which I kind of don't want because the last time they did that the result was IV Apocalypse which sucked ass
