Nah I wouldn't. D&D is what happens when you rip off Tolkien. Standardized high fantasy with racial factions like dwarves, orcs and elves.
Berserk isn't even in the high fantasy land. It's just in alternative history Europe. And it doesn't have classic modern/Tolkien elves as a race for example. They're actually classical mythological fae. Small spirits that only children can see.
Creatures in Berserk like the Kelpie, the goat demon, the Sylphs, unicorns etc. are more akin to Arthurian era folklore and demonized pagan creatures of the western Europe during the Renaissance era.
