There's a difference between a highly stylized character art, and a more realistic character art.
Stylized art is made out of exaggerations, like bigger heads, bigger boobs, bigger hands of feet to bring focus to certain defining traits of a character.
But as soon as you shift to a more realistic art style, you have no choice but to reduce the exaggerations, because if you don't, you will end up with a tasteless and incredibly awkward-looking model, that breaks the art-style of the world that surrounds it.
