Zero. Fighter 1 was going to be a third party character and had to be put on hold due to being unable to have the presentation on how they planned to make the fighter at the owner of the characters company - confirmed by Sakurai.
That's why it's taking so long for ARMS guy to come out. Same thing happened where Hero was the first developed FP but when Nintendo decided to have a reveal on launch day at the VGAs, Sakurai reprioritized to have Fighter 1 be a character with "global appeal" for the award show - which is also why we had the Brave files and knew Erdrik was coming for months.

Ryu will represent Koei Tecmo, Crash will represent Activision. Chosen Undead will be the 2nd Namco rep.
Other first party fighters will be a SwoSh pokemon (Toxtricity or Rillaboom) and a rep for Metroid 4 or BOTW 2.
